Worst CJs ever. Hair in my food. Wrong orders. Backwards drive thru. Less than bright workers. The soda machines are off kilter with their carbonation to syrup ratio. I hate this place. Don’t go here.

About 2:30am on a Friday early morning, bf had the craving for chicken club sandwich, some chicken tenders and onion rings. We were the only car at the drive thru. 20 minutes later we get our order. Big mistake driving away without checking the order. No onion rigs. No chicken club sandwich. We found the most disgusting meal ever.
I understand that it was after 2 am. I understand that the guy who worked Thursday night shift might have been sleepy/​tired/​whatever he was. But to give a customer this??? I really hope someone from the management is keeping an eye out for reviews here.
And for all this we were charged almost $ 18. WTF???

Ok so I live just five mins away from this place and usually I like to get something nearby when I’m off of work, I get out really late so this review is for whoever is part of the night time staff…
Alright so I ordered at the drive thru, and drove up to the weird ass rightsided window (look at my previous review) and I waited for about 15 minutes, I was literally watching time go by on this little LED timer and no one ever came to say «hey it’s taking some time sorry» or even appeared to be in the restaurant, I wondered if the person who took my order was just a recording because I literally saw nobody there !
Yeah so I just drove off. I was really hungry. I had del taco instead, They treat me right and overstuff my tacos. It’s a little further from me than this Carl’s, but it’s worth it.
They know how to acknowledge people.

I think they’re understaffed, but they were really nice. The customer service was great, the gentleman who served us was all smiles and the food came out at an appropriate time. The stuffed cheese jalapeño aren’t bad. They’re good enough to eat alone without any dip :)

Ordered a super star combo. My hamburger only had 1 patty, Should be 2. Epic Fail guys!

Parking lot at dusk is dark and seedy drive thru window is on opposite side of car. I’m confused on why they advertise a A 1/​3lb. Charbroiled Black Angus Beef Patty, American Cheese, Smoked Brisket, Stubb’s® Mesquite BBQ Sauce and Crispy Fried Jalapeño & Onions on a Fresh Baked Bun. I order hold the cheese, crispy fried jalepeno & onions and they substitute a sesame seed bun.

The customer service lacks and the manager need to work on her people skills. The manager lack any people skill need to be fired. They screw up on special order 60 percent of the time. They forget items in people bags.
To the manager please get out of customer service. You lack the skill you need to work with people.

It’s a Carls Jr. I don’t really expect much as far as service goes. I know what to expect, I’ve never really had an issue with the staff because I usually use the drive thru to pick up food. My biggest complaint is that their drive thru window is on the passenger side. That’s really annoying, I have to put my car in park, unfasten my seatbelt and reach all the way over to pay and to get my food. Pain in the butt, do they assume everyone who goes to the drive thru has a friend? Well sir not all of us do!
Also they are almost always out of ranch and buffalo sauce. I don’t expect much, but I do expect my condiments!

This is by far the worst Carls Jr. I have ever been to. And I will never ever step foot in there again. They let homeless people in there and do drugs or whatever, and it is disgusting. A few days ago, I was in there and a homeless girl came up and sat at my table, and started eating my french fries. I was like what the heck. I told the manager, and she laughed at me. I was so pissed off, but I did not want to cause a scene. Then today I just have been thinking about it so much, so I decided to take further steps, and tell another manager about this. Her name is Vicky. A real piece of s… that they call manager. She called me a liar, and she was rude as can be. I am going to go even further with this now. Customers should not be treated like this, and she has no business being a manager, because she can’t even manage to do anything but manage to be a piece of s.t. She needs to work at the dog pound, if that is even enough for her. Anyways,
don’t waste your time in that dirty ass Carl’s Jr. Go to McDonalds across the street. You will find it much better…

So disappointed I just got one of the most watered down and wet Grilled Chicken Cesar Salad ever. When I first opened my salad it looked like someone shook it and barely put any cheese in it which it usually has a good amount. Then I went to eat my tomato and it tasted like watered tomato flavorless and just gross so I spit it out and skipped from eating. As I proceeded to eat the salad from the top of the salad I again had a flavorless flavor and spit it out again. That’s when I happened to tip my tray with my salad and I noticed that it had about 4 tablespoons of water that just killed the salad which I have never encountered in any other salads I’ve ate, at other previous locations. I’ve never encounter water in my salads at other fast food places and I’m sorry to say it but my service was slower then usual and the fact that my salad was just not was I was expecting makes me not want to go back to this location. I even used a whole baggie of the house dressing and It just didn’t work. Just wanted to say I’m disappointed and to skip the salad here.

They gave me a broken cup I asked for a new one they wanted to charge me (it was a shake) then I say down to eat with my broken cup and bite into onion ring that had a hair in it I told them and they said it was my hair but my hair is black and the hair was red so I gave back the rings and went to eat my chicken stars I was given chicken strips but I was charge for starts which are more expensive then the strips so I told them and they said they don’t sell start unless it’s a kids meal… They why was I charged for starts! Worst lunch break ever!

Place is alright it’s not the best but it does get the job done. Only thing that bugs me is the burger usually come to me cold ?? Weird huh.

so I have established how much I dislike fast food restaurants BUT this place isn’t bad. First time I actually go to this location since I moved to the valley 7 years ago. The drive thru is def different than any other place I’ve ever gone to with a drive thru. The cashier window is on the right side, right next to the passenger window which is like WTF? I am a little person I mean that shit might be a bit difficult for us smaller folks. Anyway I did ask the employee the first time I went if they always got complaints about that and he said yes but he said «not a big deal really cause we can stretch far enough to hand the driver what they need» I have confirmed that and well I guess it’s just a matter of getting use to it. I tried their Jalapeño Turkey burger and DAMN! that is good stuff! the CHOCOLATE chip cookie ice cream is the ISH!!! a bit small because I can eat it in like a bite or two if I really wanted to but I don’t since it’s so good I try to make it last at least 5 bites lol anyway I haven’t walked inside and I haven’t had a horrific experience or a magnificent experience therefore I feel it’s fair for me to give them 3 stars. I’ll update my review if I feel like it when I feel like it: P lol

I’ve been coming here for way too long! They never have buffalo sauce at this location :(Grimey at best, everyone knows fast food is no bueno.

Ill be the first one to admit its pretty cheesy to reveiw a fast Food joint, but I hope they see this. First of all that doller burger aint worth a buck, s**** disgusting, my dog didnt like it. The gurl at the window made me beg For ketch up, cmon a grown begging For tomato paste, she gave two, I begged some more, I get two more packs, Im thinking «we can do this all day» F this Im out.

I had very fresh food when I was in this area of LA for a nearby college graduation. I went in to place my order since the line was a little long. The service was great and friendly. My food was hot and fresh. I happened to use the restroom before my drive back to SD and the bathrooms were not very pleasing to the eye. There was trash on the floor and the toilets were old and needed to be cleaned. Otherwise, like I said, the food was great.

This is the worst Carl’s Jr that I’ve been to. The employees don’t seem to know what they’re doing which for some reason makes them act rude to the customers. On the bright side, there’s hundreds of other restaurants around the area instead.
Also, as someone else mentioned, the drive through is on the passenger’s side, so that could be troublesome if anyone wanted to go through the hassle of getting food from this terrible branch.
