History

Established in 1993.

We began in property management with our first rental property in 1993. (We still manage this townhouse in the Lakes area of Kent) Since then we have helped numerous investors, large and small, manage their rental properties.

Our primary focus is 4 to 8 plex properties and single family units in King county and North Pierce county. We are a full service Property Management company which also offers a one time Screening Service for owners that enjoy the hands on approach of tenant management.
