This gym is ran by a man by the name if Ira V Potts. After working out with him for a while and I began to feel uncomfortable. Ira kept making sexual comments about my body and asking me out. I could not get a healthy diet plan from him, and later found out it was because he did not know how to create diet plans. Ira has asked me to borrow money and has been late several times for my scheduled appointment. Then when the gym moved to Burien on Meyers Way I realized this was the dirty place and a hazard to work out in so I needed to go somewhere else. Now that gym is closed and I would not recommend this gym to anyone. Ira Potts is a liar and a fraud. You can find out more about this man on

I joined the gym in June 2012. Since I been there I have lost 5 pounds, Mostly my fault (my eating habits have to chance) & I’m sure I would have lost WAY MORE. The trainer Ira is very good and firm with you. (no slacking in his gym). I would most def recommend this gym to my friends and family who are serious about loosing weight. Mon, Wed & Fri 730pm — 815pm 45min work out, with a trainer for $ 99.00 isn’t bad. So if your looking to get in shape, and tone up all the loose skin from previous weight lost this is the place to be.
