I will never do business with them again. They were our property management company for two years, and when we left the townhouse we were living in, we scrubbed that place for days and it was cleaner than when we moved in. They still found any little item, including things that were there prior to our arrival but that unfortunately we didn’t have pictures of, in order to rip us off of our security deposit. I sent them a letter detailing everything and never got a response. I cannot speak to whether their real estate agents who sell property do a good job, but I will never find out because the brand «Prudential» no longer exists to me. I hope that $ 300 you stole from me was worth it.
