Let me start by saying that I’ve worked in the food service industry, including drive through, and I’m a pretty easy going person, so on the minimally regular occurance I show up to a drive through for fast food, I show up with pretty low standards. When it’s 2am, I’ll cut them even more slack. That being said, this is hands down the WORST Jack-in-the-Box I’ve ever been to. It’s also the only 24⁄7 food in a 3.5 miles radius so I’ve had the misfortune of frequenting this shit shack more than allowable by the Geneva Convention. Their«24÷7» drive through is frequently«closed» for a myriad of reasons. The system is updating, they’re taking a break, etc. No matter what time it is, the shake machine *just* shut down for cleaning. The only reasons I have the 1 star is because 0 isn’t an option and because a lot of times you can get free food. One night we got our entire order for free in exchange for driving back and forth on the drive thru sensor to «help lower their times»

One of the worst Jack-in-the-Box is I’ve been in my life out of soda too lazy to restock the machine they don’t know how to make the burgers on their menu ordered a sourdough burger sandwich they didn’t put no bacon on it and the place was dirty

Super slow and rude, with drive-through taking 10m each time with just 1 – 2 cars ahead, with people honking and no one even answering to let you know to wait. Worse yet, I was told to drive through again just to add an item to my order, adding another 15m on top of that. They do have All-day-breakfast, but now so does McDonalds(though no croissant sandwiches). That said, Burger King has the best tasting and best deal by far for breakfast — with the Supreme Breakfast Sandwhich(extra long, double size with Sausage AND Bacon — for just $ 3.99), though they stop serving it by 10:30 am.

Sometimes early in the morning when there’s only one person working they will tell you that they are«closed» WHAT?! how are you closed when you are open 24⁄7! More of like lazy and don’t feel like working. They have the worst service, and the worst addittude. Shoot. A monkey would do a better job than them. After eating here a few times I wouldn’t be suprised if they spit in people’s food for fun. Stay away… I’d rather eat at ihop down the street that gave me food poisoning than deal with these kids.

I would give zero stars if I could, but sadly they didn’t deserve this one I’m allowed to give. Let’s start by the drive thru person wasn’t loud and we had to keep repeating our order three times. We had to wait in d window for over 20+ mins for our order to be ready and yet they failed to be fast even when there was a big line behind us. Hope those people weren’t mad at us because it wasn’t our fault they took to long with our order. Poor service never coming back

Slow, slow, slow! Saturday morning and we were the only ones at the counter. After finally being able to order we waited(at the counter) for 15 minutes. Finally got someone’s attention and asked and they hadn’t started our breakfasts. :{ DONOT recommend.

What Can I say? I ordered the All American Combo for $ 5.99 and they threw in an Ultimate Cheeseburger free in stead of just a Jumbo Jack…

Oh no! Not good at all, we ordered a med. meal combo. Curly fries were only ½ an order. Not generous on the napkins & watch out for the ketchup/mustard in your sandwich — they load it on. Very slow movers.

I ordered 10 churros & came home to 3 chicken strips. I guess you guys don’t know what’s churros & what’s chicken strips. Never coming to this jack in the box anymore. Customer service needs to to improve. Reminder: always check the bag before driving off.

Customer service is non-existent. Went through the drive thru and ordered a combo meal and 2 tacos. Only one car in front of us so the wait wasn’t too long. The girl at the window first tries to hand us the wrong drink. Then she hands me the bag of food and says«we are out of bacon, is that a problem?» Well yeah… It might have been nice to know at the time I ordered or before she ran my credit card. That would have at least given me time to change the order. I was a little stunned and didn’t check the bag before I drove off. I was a few blocks away before I peeked in and realized that there were not any fries. I turned around, drove back, and went into the restaurant. The same girl was at the counter a I told her that I didn’t get the fries that should have came with the meal. She says«Did you come through the drive thru?» They were not busy and I literally had just pulled out of the drive thru 3 minutes before this. She then turns around and says«Oh, here are your fries» and puts them in a bag and hands them to me. No apology for forgetting to put them in the bag in the first place, acted like it was an inconvenience that I was asking for them. Absolutely ridiculous!

I would give no stars if I could. We ordered 15 chicken nuggets and we asked for BBQ yet there wasn’t a single drop of sauce in there at all. We ordered 4 iced waters and not a single straw was given to us, and they didn’t even give us our order of large curly fries. To top it all off we were reassured that«everything is there» when we asked. Do NOT go here, it’s a waste of time when all they manage to give you is horrible service.

«Dude, what the hell.» I mutter as the window woman’s figure flickers in and out of view frantically. My companion and I had been seated, waiting patiently to peel out of the drive-thru and back home to enjoy our Late Night Munchie Meals. We had been waiting for twenty-five minutes nearing a half an hour for service before the cashier’s figure finally took form from behind the grimy screen. «One moment please,» she states as she slams the window in our ravenous faces. When our food finally did arrive a caravan of economy class vehicles had formed a near-perfect circle around the facility, leading into the drive-thru. Long story short: don’t come here to get your munch on in the after hours. We’ve repeatedly given this facility second chances, waiting long enough for employee roll ever to kick in so that we may have the good fortune of having the quick and efficient team working that evening. Such a day hath not yet come.

Stopped by here tonight for a quick bite with my family.(Wife and 3 year old.) as soon as we walked in, there was an overpowering smell of weed. As I look around I see a couple of teenagers rolling blunts on a table weed spread all over the place. The workers didn’t seen to care at all. So much for a family restaurant.

I normally don’t write reviews on the fast food chains, but the staff at this location has been very impressive. Since they launched the new Jumbo Breakfast Platter I’ve found myself hitting Jack in the Box much more often. I love that breakfast is available ANYTIME. My orders have always been accurate and the staff at this location has always been very helpful.

DONOTGOINSIDE. I repeat: Do. Not. Go. Inside. On a mission to requisition 4 chicken sandwiches, a Jumbo Jack, and small fries, I was presented with the options of risking my car overheating(a whole other story) and utilizing the drive-through or going inside. I decided to give my car a break and park it in the shade and go inside; I could afford a couple extra minutes. Do. Not. Go. Inside. I stepped up to the counter at 2:28. There wasn’t a line. No line. Nobody in front of me. After a couple minutes of me waiting, someone told me they’ll be right with me. I finally put my order in at 2:36. By this time, there had been at least 3 cars that had their orders fulfilled and were set free into the world again. Luckily, there was someone in line that worked there. He was in just to check his schedule but noticed how irritated I was getting and stepped behind the counter to ask the rest of the crew my order was. I was handed my bag at 2:46. That’s right. Pretty much 20 minutes. DO. NOT. GO. INSIDE. Now, fellow Unilocalers, take heed. The drive-through is fine. The food is fine. The chicken sandwiches? Yum. The fries? Reminds me of high school. Tacos? Just like you want ‘em: Crunchy & crappy. 24-hour full menu choices? SWEET. …just don’t go inside.

Ordered 2 tacos with extra cheese. Tacos arrived tasting overcooked. The shells were crunchy, yet very chewy. This dining experience was not pleasurable.

I came here tonight… it was pretty delicious. I got the 4 pc chicken strips and the mozzarella sticks. I didn’t care too much for the mozzarella sticks because for 1.89 you only get 3 and they were on the small side. You would be better getting some fries as you get more for your buck and they are tastier. The chicken strips were the bomb. Again the portions are quite small which is fine for me but if you’re a burly guy you would need 2.5 orders of chicken strips to feel full. The guy at the window was polite which I was not expecting at 10:15pm.
