Horrible company. The winery bus tour does say $ 400 for 6 hours, granted we did run 20 minutes over at the wineries and then got stuck in traffic but the driver stayed in the right lane when HOV was free until two of the passengers said they really had to pee. This took a lot of extra unnecessary time. The driver said he would charge us extra for the overtime which I was OK with. They charge a $ 200 retainer so after the rental the difference is supposed to be charged. I was charged $ 200 and then $ 610. I was OK with the $ 610 because we ran over (5.5 hrs), though the driver could have gone in to the HOV lane and been faster. I texted and called many times because I needed a receipt for this company outing, I was rudely told he shouldn’t have picked up the phone and his assistant wasn’t in. 5 weeks later after chasing and constant follow up, still no credit for $ 200 and NO receipt. Leaves me to dispute the $ 200 charge with the credit card and write this review so hopefully no one else has to deal with this company again. So rude, such a bad experience. Can’t get me my credit back for the retainer 5 weeks later or a receipt for the $ 610 for 5.5 hrs even when the website says its $ 600 for 6 hrs and that was an overcharge as well!!!

It is important to remember that you get what you pay for. We recently booked a party bus with Seattle Party Limo to do a winery tour. Needless to say the price was right but the experience was not. The day started off with the driver calling me 15 minutes before she was supposed to be there to inform me that she was in bumper to bumper traffic on 405. As it was Saturday at noon I found this a little suspicious, I also had multiple friends over who had just been on 405 and it was clear. I even went as far as to check the wsdot cams, and the road was 100% clear. I am not perfect and I have been late to multiple things, so I understand, but I do not like being lied to directly. We all ran to get into the bus since we had missed our first reservation and decided to get things going. The bus was a little rough, it was dirty and falling apart, but hey we were there to have a good time. When we went to plug in our iPhone and listen to some music, we found out that the aux fitting was messed up and would not work. Also, it was about 90 degrees outside and the A/​C did not work so we had to sweat it out.
After all this we thought we could relax and enjoy some drinks, well that was partially true. The driver had no idea where she was going and we had to give her directions around. The bus had no ice, so we were not able to keep our drinks cold (which was rough since it was so hot). We were able to make 2 of the 3 places we had planned to go, and we had a great time at the wineries.
I spoke with the driver and she told me since she was late we could have some extra time as well. Well things did get a little out of had and one of the passengers was sick, so we were a little later than planned, but only by about 20 minutes or so from what the driver told us. I had enjoyed myself, and I did appreciate the driver being flexible, so I gave her an additional $ 50 tip for hanging out. After all this, I came to find that the company had charged me for the ENTIRE time, even though she was late. I am still waiting for a resolution with the company on the extra fees.
All I know is its worth the extra money to hire a more professional company. After our experience I will be sure not to use this company again for either business or pleasure.

I was driving behind a «Seattle Party Bus», with the Seattle Party Limo name and number plastered all over the outside, and the driver seemed drunk and reckless. I wrote down the website from the side of the «Party Bus», and also the phone number.
The driver of the «Party Bus» took off from one intersection driving recklessly, speeding up then slowing down and swerving, as if he were maybe talking on the phone and not paying attention to the road, then at the next busy intersection (SE Petrovitsky Rd and 140^th Ave SE), he barely came to a stop, crossed the crosswalk lines in the road because he couldn’t stop soon enough, then decided to drive through the red light, almost causing two cars to wreck.
The license plate on the «Party Bus» was B80577B.
I called in to report the incident to the police. I also called the company, and I got a guy named Jim on the phone. Jim sounded like he either didn’t care, or just lacked customer service skills altogether. I would think that when someone is calling to report that a member of your company is a reckless driver, you might want to sound like you’re concerned.
My thought is that if you offer a driving service, you might want to make sure your drivers are being careful and responsible. I’m writing this during the peak of Prom Season, where high school kids are renting out driving services, or their parents are, thinking that they’ll be safe. As a parent, if I put my kids in the hands of a limo/​party bus service, I expect them to be in the hands of a responsible driver, not someone that drives through red lights at busy intersections.
About 10 minutes after I called Seattle Party Limo, I got a return call back from a cell phone number. It sounded like someone calling while driving– most likely the same stooge behind the wheel of the «Party Bus». He said, «I got a call from this number about a party bus?» I told him that I had just called to report an incident of reckless driving, his response was, «Oh S**t! Yeah, thanks for calling me about that, I’ll take care of it.» I figured this was the same guy driving the bus, so I mentioned that I had also called the police. He replied, «I wish you wouldn’t have done that, I’ll take care of it.»
So, basically, whoever this Jim guy was at their dispatch office just passed the word along to the driver, from the sounds of it.
When I came to Unilocal to write about this incident, I noticed that Seattle Party Limo’s website offers limited contact information, and NO ADDRESS! You can find their contact number, and there are ample links to PayPal so they can take your money, but there’s nothing in the way of a physical address.
If you’re looking for some sort of party shuttle bus service, I’d stay far, far away from this dodgy company, or hire at your own risk. They seem like really bad news.
