I have been with State Farm since i got my driver’s license. After moving to Washington State almost 2 years ago my previous agent suggested I switch over to David Varelia’s office for in-​state care.
In these past years I have never once been disappointed with the customer service coming out of David’s office. Any time I had a question they were on top of it. Even when my vehicle was stolen, they made the process of the claim so smooth and easy; they made sure I was taken care of. Shelly and Pilar (?) especially deserve these 5 stars. They and David look out for their clients in true 5 star quality.

I attempted to get home owners insurance at David Varelia’s State Farm location in Fairwood. I originally sat down with a female agent but before I could engage her, David swung in and was very rude and not very professional. He did not greet me or introduce himself. He proceeded to interrogate me with a rude demeanor and wouldn’t offer suggestions to meet my needs. Finally he refused to offer me any assistance. I currently do business with State Farm for auto/​renters and simply wanted to add/​amend my current policy. However, after experiencing his nasty attitude I will be going to another insurance company that is happy to help. I would highly recommend to avoid this office/​state farm.
