I have received the WORST customer service here multiple times. Not willing to answer questions when I’m confused on things happening with my account. The woman I just had helping me looked me in the eye and in a snarky voice asked me what I wanted her to do for me because she claimed she did not want to help me. I can’t wait for this paycheck to go through so I can cancel my account and move onto a company that actually cares about their customers.

You know what’s great about BECU? They didn’t need a bailout from the federal government when the bad loans they gave out went south. The money they make by holding on to your money goes back into the products and services they provide in your community, not to stockholders. The accounts they provide give you the highest interest rates around, all while having no minimum deposit requirements and no fees.
Oh yeah, Chase. They are the opposite of everything described above. I used to have an account here with WAMU for over a decade, then Chase took over and wanted to charge me fees for the exact same account because my balance wasn’t high enough for them. I closed my account and never looked back. Credit unions, FTW.

Nice Branch, Newest Manager Very nice and keeps branch in top shape. Not happy CHASE decided against carrying MILES DEBIT cards now. BOA still does, Wells Fargo does, however Chase got greedy and used some new banking laws to their advantage as always, never the customer. Greed. Otherwise, manager nice, tellers are «ok», they have been there since WAMU and I never too much care for the rest of the staff at this locale.
