Bakery staff was extremely rude. Almost cancelled my order due to the impatience and eye rolling of the lady who took my order. I did change my mind and asked for a different cake but the loud huffs of disapproval that followed were completely unnecessary. My order was what I asked for so no complaints about the product. Their staff really needs to be more friendly and accommodating even if the customer is indecisive. I won’t order cakes there again. I’ll go where my business is appreciated.

I have repeatedly purchased fresh meat that was clearly spoiled when I got it home and unwrapped it. Even though I always check the dates before purchase. I also have found scores of products on the shelves long past the«sell by» date. I check the date on everything before I purchase. That adds a lot of time to my shopping trip, but I don’t trust anything to be fresh based on sad past experience. The staff will exchange products or refund purchase price, but who wants to repeatedly make return trips to finally get an edible product?

Well so much to say but worked at this building before it was stracks was sad day when sold to stracks. Had two sons that worked there. Had one quit just after stracks opened. Son was trained customers come first owner to newest hire Everyone was there For and because of The customer. Sure not that way when opened as Stracks. Is nice clean store to shop in but miss local owned business
