Established in 1999.
Computer Answers start out as a basic one man operation over 10 years ago, and we were able to grow and build our business with the number one goal of wowing our customers. Our primary goal is to gain the respect and trust of our customers. This can only be done by stepping into the shoes of every single customer that walks through our doors. So since day one we knew that the only way to survive in a competitive market, and to be the best was to treat each customer as we would want to be treated, and that has been our motto and we are sticking to it! Business Owner
Paul started out as just a technician going from house to house fixing computers for friends and family. As the quality of his work was recognized word of mouth made it difficult to keep up with the demand for his quality of service. Fortunately his business sense made him realize that he needed to expand and open a physical store to be more accessible to his customers. As the first location opened in Albany NY, it was quickly realized that there would be growth within Computer Answers because more and more customers were happy with their service. Luckily the technicians that Computer Answers has continued to hire have been the kind who can keep the initial principles of quality service and customer satisfaction as their top priority.
