My husband and I became patients of this practice about a year ago. We both were erroneously charged missed appointment fees for $ 75.00 each when we actual were in the office. I disputed the charges, however it was ignored. Another concern I have and a more important one is while attending this practice the therapist I was assigned to would pretend to take notes on his computer when in fact he did not have the capability to do so. I was suspicious of him doing this… but it did not become apparent until he told me his reasoning for leaving the practice which was he had to hand write his notes. Wow!!! I couldn’t believe it. It meant all the times I went in there and he seemed confused about my situation was because he actually didn’t know it… because he pretended to type it down. Lots of wasted money on therapy. Thanks!!! This office falsely charged $ 75.00 fees for missed appointments as well as employed a therapist who practiced unethical procedures as far as I am concerned.
