1. A Complete Detail that includes: claying, machine buffing, paint sealant, UV protection, carpet steaming, upholstery guard, leather conditioner, and much more.

2. A Maintenance Detail service that includes: hood claying, liquid wax and a thorough general cleaning of the interior and much more.

Additional services: swirl removal, paint chip repair, wet sanding, overspray removal, engine cleaning, hard water spot removal, and headlight restoration

About the owner…

Born in Vermont, Peter moved as quickly as possible to the west seeking sun and adventure. After college in Colorado, Peter moved to Lake Tahoe, CA and took up his passions of snowboarding and cycling. This is when VIP Mobile Detailing started.

During his two-​year hiatus from VIP, 2002 – 2004, Peter followed his lifelong dream and did a transcontinental trip around the globe traveling to over fifty countries. During this time he spent a winter in Verbier, Switzerland and also taught English in Bangkok, Thailand.

Peter moved to Reno seven years ago and has expanded VIP Mobile Detailing to the extended Reno/​Lake Tahoe region.

Nice work. Got all the car wash swirls they could out. Looks 100% better then it did before. Time friendly and nice guys. Just a little to much for me especially for just an exterior detail. Was told one price then charged another is my only complaint.

I want to thank VIP Detailing for the amazing job they did on my 2015 Tundra. I had some scratches from a hunting trip caused by sage brush and they were able to get rid off them and made my truck look like new ! It has a mirror finish and that is had to get on a black vehicle. They are very professional, courteous and went above and beyond what I expected! I would highly recommend them to anyone that is looking to get their vehicle detailed and keep it maintained to look new! I will be using them from now on!

Really happy with VIP mobile detailing. They were very professional and friendly and did a great job. I couldn’t get this rotten fruity smell out of my car but they cleaned it throughly and now the bad smell is gone. My car smells clean and fresh too and not like chemicals like other places I have taken it to. I would definitely recommend VIP.

We just had our sedan and SUV detailed by VIP Mobile Detailing and it was the best car detailing we’ve had in Reno. Not only was it more convenient having the work done in my driveway, the cars now shine inside and out. They brought their own water in the truck and even steam cleaned the carpeting, upholstery, and engine. They arrived promptly and were very professional. This was the best car-​detailing we have had in Reno.

Dogs are man’s best friend, but not when they jump up on the side of your car to greet you! Fortunately, VIP was able to polish out the scratches and the car looked terrific. Through the winter months I didn’t pay much attention, but when I washed my car this spring, I could see some of the marks left from the initial removal of the scratches. I sent a picture to Carlos and he came out and re-​polished the area… and didn’t charge me! I appreciate VIP’s customer service because as a business owner, I know that’s is how you KEEP customers! I’ve used Pete and his team a couple times now. Their complete detailing service has exceeded (by far) my expectations more than once. They took care of a couple scratches from a bit of an overzealous offroad excursion once. The second time they took care of some hard water etchings that I got from parking next to my neighbors sprinkler system gone astray. Thats in addition to the amazing service, communication, and quality of work on the rest of my car. Can’t say enough good things about these guys.

I had a couple of jetskis detailed by these guys. They did a reasonable job on one — both skis were on a trailer and it was obvious they didn’t spend as much time on the «inside» side. The other one needed a little more work, so they spent time on it but didn’t help it very much.

Pete and his team at VIP Mobile Detailing serviced my 2005 Honda Element while I was at work. The vehicle looks better than when I purchased it! After a long winter of snowboarding and driving through the mountains every weekend, my car was in terrible condition. VIP brought it back to life.
