Ok. I know it’s the post office, what is to review? Well post office, DMV, the Courts usually get a bad review and people are rude to each other on both sides of the transaction. We’ll I have been holding off on this review until I got a real view on them. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and very helpful! I have had some detailed conversation and they have been awesome to deal with. Sometimes the lines are a bit long. But good people. And I’ve watched them be treated poor by jerks, and they handle it well. Great job 89 523!

It’s a post office, delivering the services I expect, at about the rate they do.

It’s right behind the Robb Drive Raley’s, so it’s pretty convenient.

This post office is horrible. We’re lucky if we get 75% of our mail delivered to our house. Our neighbors have to constantly bring mail to the correct address because the idiots that deliver from this post office are apparently illiterate and can’t do that simple job correctly.

We have not received any mail in 4 days. Including many Priorty mail that was sent LAST TUESDAY! YEAH YEAH YEAH… it is Christmas expect delays.?? This is late by 5 to 6 days! ALL the other cities have scanned the packages expect the trashy people of the RENO USPS at 89 523 and 89 502. DO YOUR JOBS you lazy slugs! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. I cannot say anything nice. ordered Priority envelopes and they have YET to deliver. so we go there and they are out of Priority’s!!! HOW DO WE GET THOSE???

This crew gets zero stars! The male Hispanic supervisor who I was ultimately directed to admonished me for being upset that my package was missing for two days, still marked out for delivery on the truck and no one knew where it was. I had been put on hold for over a half an hour earlier in the morning and ended up driving all the way back from work during my lunch hour to try and locate this. The first agent I spoke with at the desk asked me what I was looking for when I showed her the USPS website tracking information. If the USPS employee can’t look at their own website and see that my package is not anywhere to be found who else is going to help me. The actual carrier who puts mail in my mailbox argued that I had already gotten two packages that day, which is correct, those were from another company, those were documented properly as having been delivered. I am allowed to get more than two packages on any given day through the US Postal Service although I doubt I will be using them willingly at any time from this point forward.

This place doesn’t even deserve a star. Went there with my girlfriend to get our passports for which they only can give from 10 – 1. The only lady (brenda) who could do paper work for passports is gone for an hour lunch? Who has an hour lunch right during the only time they give out passports. This is extremely inconvenient .also her customer service is worse then I’ve seen in a very long time. She’s completely rude and she can’t explain the process of getting the passports. This is her job. I would like to seen it done correctly and with a better attitude.

This review is regarding the delivery people that launch out of this post office. I live in the Del Webb part of Somersett. There used to be a level of service with the P.O. that one could rely on. Not this crew. One day my mail is delivered at 10:30am. The next day it is at 4:30pm. One recent day it actually arrived at 8:30pm! And now I am receiving mail with notes written on it about being delivered to the wrong address by the people it was delivered to. I also receive others mail in my box once or twice every week. A total hot mess. The postmaster in charge of this post office should resign. They are failing miserably at their job. And all the while the Postal Service sits around wondering why they cant make ends meet.

They are fast and extremely helpful! I had addressed my package incorrectly and so the postman fixed everything and gave me helpful advice for the next time.

Every time I go in here, they are extremely rude. Even if I speak with a different person each time, they always have the worst customer service and don’t look like they want to be there.

Best Post Office in Reno I have found yet. Great customer service, decent lines, and they will even call you back to tell you which design of stamps they have in stock.

Extremely rude customer service. I am a regular customer who brings them business quite often. I also have a fulfillment center in which we send out a few thousand products per month. I am considering not using them anymore, I’d rather use a vendor with better customer service. Almost every person here is rude, it’s unbelievable! Where do they find these people. I know it’s probably slim pickings around here but, truth is there are many people who would love to take their job. I really think usps should train their employees more effectively. It’s not ok to be rude to customers. Period!

Just consistently lousy service, apathetic and sometimes rude. We’ve been picking up mail here for a year since the Verdi PO burned, and we and at least three neighbors have had incoming and outgoing letters and packages returned undelivered or simply lost, apparently permanently, on half a dozen occasions. A $ 200 check I mailed six weeks ago has vanished, and about $ 2000 worth of checks mailed to me nearly three weeks ago (by people I’ve done business with for years, so I know they’re reliable) has not been delivered.
The staff here claims there’s nothing they can do, which is probably correct, but they don’t even have the decency to look puzzled or try to come up with an explanation. One clerk told me «No one else in Verdi has had problems,» which I know is a lie, and tried to convince me that all my missing mail had been misaddressed. Even for the postal service, this is a low point.

no matter how long the line is it seems there is only one worker. they have 4 – 5 stations to help people and NEVER have enough staff. thank god they have the automated system by the po boxes.

Super slow service. And I know it’s not the employees fault but management forcing me to listen to their up-​sell speech sucks. I feel for the employees-​a woman in front of me got angry about the speech and the postal lady was like look I know it’s annoying but I’ll get fired if I don’t run through this with customers. Sucks. That’s why I go to Mailboxes, Etc. when possible.
