What? one napkin per order a few weeks ago! We tried to get at least 2 so we could share our Nachos Belgrande as its a messy meal(but she said that the small pile she had left was only about 10 inches tall and that if she gave us more than one, others may not get napkins at all.). Why not buy some extra napkins at The nearby Save Mart? We split the napkin in two halves and washed our hands as soon as we got home. Luckily, I’ve been there since and the napkin situation was remedied. I chose to order the Taco Salad with grilled chicken(about $ 5.50 to $ 6) and take a few handfuls of hot sauce when I go into the dining room where normally, you can take as many napkins as needed. When you go through the drive-up window they are a bit stingy with the hot sauce and I must use at least 10 – 15 packets as I love their hot sauce. Green sauce is mild and red sauce is fire hot. One thing I’d add to the taco salad is some ranch dressing rather than the mild salsa that comes with it as a dressing. The Cinnabon doughnut bites are warm and delicious but a bit messy and rarely is on my diet! I’ve read somewhere that many people love Taco Bell late at night after partying and drinking so be cautious as you drive in the area just in case someone happens to have partied too much. I believe they are open past midnight and maybe until 3am. Off 4th Street in the corner of the Save Mart shopping center closest to Ben’s Liquors and across the street from Burger King and a closed gas station.

I was a loyal customer of this restaurant for many years until tonight. As I was rolling past this place tonight on my mobility scooter, I found myself needing to use a bathroom. Having spent many visits here in the past, I naturally thought it acceptable to use their men’s room. After finding that the bathroom door was locked, I asked the cashier at the counter for permission to use the room. She curtly informed me that the bathrooms were only for customers. Needless to say, this place has lost my business.

Great experience. The crew was having fun(appropriate fun) and the whole environment could feel it. This location has a lot of homeless hanging out, which could make some feel uncomfortable but I get it completely as I was homeless as a child. My food was spot on. Thanks tb

I really hate to leave a bad review but it’s hard when there was nothing good about my experience at this Taco Bell! First off the parking lot is full of homeless people so be sure to lock ur doors! I went inside because the dive through was so long probably because of all the homeless people in the parking lot! I waited 15 mins for three tacos as I watched the drive though get served promptly! When I finally got my food and went to eat it the taco went even warm even after I wanted 20 min and there was no cheese on my tacos! Wait how can there no cheese isn’t that one of the three things u get on tacos at Taco Bell! I’m just saying if u want Taco Bell and u want it to be good don’t go to this Taco Bell!

SLOWEST Taco Bell ever. Don’t come here if you’re in a rush. If I decide I crave the bell, I always plan at least a 30 min trip. 27 of those minutes WILL be spent waiting. Oh, and expect a passive aggressive staff who could care less about customer service.

I was highly disappointed in my previous trip to Jack in the Box. The service here is usually slow but not unbearable like it was tonight. After waiting 30 minutes in the drive thru, my food was literally cold. When I came back around to tell them, I stood in the cold knocking on the door for 10 minutes before I was acknowledged. I was refunded for my meal but I did not receive fresh food because it was«too busy». Would not recommend this location.

Food-wise this is your run of the mill Taco Bell but the service can be improved with the employees joking around inappropriately like its gym class, ignoring customers and taking a long time to make food. Take care of your people first. That’s the priority in my opinion.

If you read my reviews, you know I am fan of Taco Bell’s taco’s, but something I am not a fan of, and I heard this at other locations is the ANNOYINGBEEPINGSOUNDS that constantly come from the DRIVEUP. You heard it about every 5 – 10 seconds and it’s super loud. It’s like an annoying alarm clock, and you cannot eat in the dining rooms, or you lose your F’N mind like I do. I made the mistake of dining in here twice, and every frickin time, BEEEEEP, BEEP, BEEP, BEEP, BEEEEP, BEEP, BEEP, BEEEEEP, pause, OMG it’s gone, I can finally eat and peace, no WAIT, BEEP, BEEP, BEEEEEP. The food is okay when you get the tacos and $ 1 tostadas, other than that every else is a terrible value and doesn’t taste well. I really cannot understand how the company thinks this is a good customer experience, BEEEEEP, BEEP, BEEEEEP.

I’m a huge Taco Bell fan. You say«crunch wrap supreme» and I’m there! This location has very friendly staff. When ordering, they always take extra care to be personable and friendly. It’s nice having employees value their position and their customer interactions as it really improves the whole dining experience. The dining area is maintained well. If it is a slower day, the staff will even wait the tables for you. Each time I’ve visited, the restaurant has been clean.

Absolutely LOVE Taco Bell! There are a few discontinued items I wish they’d bring back, but love them anyway!

It was Taco Bell. The food was what I wanted and the service was fantastic as well! The lady at the drive-thru was peppy and seemed genuinely happy to help me get my hands on as many tacos as I wanted. If I am ever in the area again I will definitely stop by this Taco Bell.

I am not having much luck with fast food of late. I am not in the mood to have extended exposure to other humans so have opted for a drive through. Taking the order and passing it on have been friendly, I got home and opened the bag I found it had a pool of liquid on the bottom and therefore my food was soggy. I was not about to eat soggy food with liquid of unknown origin. I tossed it out. Oh well…

The weirdest taco bell I’ve ever walked into… The first thing I saw was a homeless guy at the condiment bar sucking the life out of all the hot sauce and ketchup packets and stacking them up in a big pile! The poor guy looked like a sick new born from a freaking twilight movie… =(I walked in hoping to get quick snack but ended up walking right back out.

This is by far the cleanest fast food restaurant I have ever been too. As for the food, it’s Taco Bell and you’ll find no surprises there. However, the staff is super friendly and they get your order up very quickly. I eat there a lot and I love the place.

I am such a fan of this Taco Bell. The people who work here are so friendly. Dine in or drive thru, the folks who take the orders always find a way to throw in a bit of personality and extra friendliness. The drive thru is especially speedy and the folks who staff the window are especially friendly. And when I say«always,» know that I am drawing from a large sample size because I LOVETACOBELL. I’ve never had an employee get my order wrong, and they are always generous with the meat, cheese, and sour cream. Whoever is managing this place, I highly commend you for encouraging an atmosphere of awesomeness among your employees! It totally makes a difference in terms of the happiness that I get from purchasing and consuming inexpensive and delicious(to me) comfort fast food. Why only four stars? Well, the number of my check-ins notwithstanding, I am classy enough to know that as awesome as a chain fast food place might be, it just ain’t five star material.

I hope the manager checks this review. I first went here on a weeknight and when I received my food it was terrible. It looked poorly made, tasted poorly made, and I overheard the employees saying that one of their coworkers was on break for over an hour? It was obviously busy that night, but if I’m paying for food I expect quality. Also, it says a lot about the business if they hire employees who take over one hour breaks. Despite that, I gave this Taco Bell another chance. This time I went during the afternoon, the customer service was good, but again my food was terrible. I could tell The lettuce was way to old to be served and nothing about the taco tasted right. I’m utterly disappointed. I love Taco Bell, but this Taco Bell is a terrible excuse for one.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The lady that helped me was a complete bitch. She seemed like such white trash, and was retarded. I was checking the food, and she said, «I already checked it!» However, she messed up on the order. Then, already pissed off, I get home to eat. Not only was my tostada all sloppy, but my tostada was cold. Like I’m not exaggerating. Not one spot was even remotely warm. I asked for extra hot and mild sauce. I got home and there was 4 hot and 6 mild… not enough for all the food I ordered. Also, she have me a mint in a cheetah wrapper. This was by far the worst Taco Bell experience I have ever had, and I will NEVER return to this one again.

March 6, 2013 Wednesday — dinner 7:00PM 1 adult Atmosphere — 4 stars Food — 3 stars Service — 1 stars Background — Picking up dinner for the wife while she was at Pearle Studios. Atmosphere — What you would expect from a Taco Bell. The lighting was just off to me, I do not know how to describe it but it was just not right. Food Appetizer — Is there any? Main Course — I ordered six soft shell chicken tacos, three for me and three for my wife. These aren’t fancy, just plain tacos. The flavor from each one varied a lot. Some the chicken had a lime grilled taste while others tasted as if they were only grilled. I do not order chicken tacos very often so I do not know what the normal is, but having two types when you only ordered one item six times makes me wonder why! Dessert — was the fourth taco(wife’s third) I ate dessert? Service — The cashier was polite. But 11 minutes to get 6 tacos! I know they had a line at the drive thru but really 11 minutes. I am glad I came inside. Future — It is Taco Bell and I will probably find my way back here again in the future.
