I stopped by yesterday and was really impressed! Most of their candies are gluten free. You just have to steer clear of the licorice(which I can’t stand anyway… lol) and anything that is obvious(like anything with pretzels, cookies, graham crackers, etc in them) if you are gluten free. They were not sure if their ice cream is gluten free but were willing to check. I said that we can just check next time. I absolutely love the dark chocolate honeycomb candy. I’m not sure what it is called, but definitely recommend it. It is shaped differently from the regular candies and larger. Just mention the chocolate-covered honeycomb and they will definitely know what you are requesting. I also bought the key lime and a honey chocolate. Both of them were extremely tasty. Next time I look forward to trying their caramel apples and fudge, but I will definitely get another dark chocolate-covered honeycomb candy. ;)

Chocolate… need I say more? Love this cute little shop beside for their customer service and their chocolate! After eating at We Olive we stopped in for a little dessert and ended up going home with extra treats! Their customer service is top notch and they are more than happy to educate you on what to try according to your tastes. I love their caramel apples… nut clusters… ice cream… ugh I am craving it while typing this review!!! They do ship so now I know what I am sending to family and friends. The store is small but packed full of all kinds of chocolate treats. They serve samples which comes in really handy when trying to make a decision, which isn’t easy. Definitely on my favorite list when it comes to dessert.

This little shop is awesome! The treats and the staff in here are phenomenal. I stopped in today for some treats for a coworker and they arranged a beautiful platter and had it ready within under 20 minutes. I will definitely be purchasing all special chocolates here in the future!

Visiting from CA& stopped in for ice cream. They serve Double Rainbow brand from San Francisco & it didn’t disappoint. We had to have sundaes since the counter person said it was homemade fudge or caramel topping. We tried both. Friendly service. Lots of homemade sweets to choose from & free samples. Highly recommend.

Very cute little Shop. All the chocolates are handmade in the back and the free sample that was given was a chocolate caramel topped with a bit of sea salt. It was delicious! I came in for some ice cream and though not locally made, it too was delicious. I had the cookies and cream and it was probably the best I’ve had. You could actually taste the Oreos. The service was very cheerful and friendly.

Went in with my two girls for some I’ve cream. Is never been in before. The two employees working were both very friendly and helpful. I guess they normally get their premium ice cream from Double Rainbow in Sf, but they only had three flavors from there so the rest were dryers. I tried two of the three premium flavors, and yes they were very good. Super rich and creamy! I spent the same I would(or less) than I would on one of those enormous bowls of froyo popping up everywhere, and this was certainly much much better!

When you really want/need/deserve a chocolate treat, this is a friendly shop with consistently tasty temptations. Their chocolates and truffles are smooth and rich. Their prices are reasonable for the quality. If you care more about quantity/price, there’s a Sees Candies in the mall nearby. But if you want to make your tastebuds grin, Sweets is the way to go. I’m usually quite the glutton, but the truffles from Sweets are so satisfying that I could only eat a couple in an evening, so even a half dozen will last me a few days. On the short list of places that can tame my sweet tooth that well!

Kind of stumbled upon this place when I had a hankerin for coffee around the World Market. Took a peek inside and it is definitely a little gem tucked away. Great selections of dark and milk chocolate, dipped pretzels and honeycomb(yum!) and nuts. Their mocha latte is the bomb. com. Apparently they make their own mix which is why it is so rich and yummy! A nice little place to treat yourself or someone you love.

Another Reno gem tucked away next to the ruins of my beloved Borders Bookstore. They have all sorts of handmade candies that all look really great! The Lady and I went there because we heard that they have really good ice cream, and my sources were absolutely right. The ice cream that they serve is a handmade style ice cream from San Francisco. I had a chocolate milkshake and my Lady had a sundae. We also bought a medium box of assorted candies(chocolate covered graham crackers, pretzels, almonds, and caramels). We ended up eating the entire box that night, too! The staff were really cool, too. A staff member named Stephania helped us out(and even gave us some samples of their Irish cream chocolates). She was really patient with us as we took a while to make our order, too. We will definitely be back to get some more candies from here!!!

A friend from New York had these delivered to our office for a treat. Yum! We had a good array of items and they were all great. The lady delivered and was very pleasant. I hope this business stays around. Reno has a way of chasing away the good ones in favor of chains and casino food.

Today we went in to get my sisters hubby a treat. We were offered a truffle as a sample, but refused them as we both dislike truffles, but it was nice to be offered. Friendly young lady waiting on us. Although I am cheap I find it kind of expensive they do have a good assortment of sugar free candies to send to the mother in law. So yeah a nice place for your sweet needs.

I like the idea of supporting a local business, but this one is too rich for our blood. My husband paid $ 22 for half a pound of chocolates there this morning. The candy is good but not worth $ 44 a pound.

One of my friends just got back from Vegas and brought me back two boxes of chocolates. They were pretty good, so I’ve decided to find them on Unilocal to write a review to support their business! One box of chocolate was milk chocolate caramel squares with sea salt. One word: YUM! They use quality chocolate and caramal and the sea salt has enough of a bit to it that makes it a fun treat to eat. I would have given this place five stars, but I like my caramel hard as rock. This one was a bit on the soft side(Maybe it got melted during shipment?). Grade: B+ I also got a box of 4-pack truffles. There are two milk chocolates and two white chocolate truffle pieces. The milk chocolate ones has a but little«sweets» insignia pasted on the top of the chocolates — really cute. As you bite into the chocolates, you bite into a dense milk chocolate truffle delight! YUM! It reminds me of eating a flourless chocolate torte.(Note: this would go well paired with a very heavy oakey Red Zinfandel wine or a heavy fruity back of the tongue cabernet sauvignon). Grade: A! The white chocolate truffle is dipped in white chocolate and has drizzled white chocolate diagonally across the top. It, too, has a very dense texture to it and the taste of white chocolate is only a hint(which is GOOD to me, because I don’t normally like white chocolate). You can tell that these truffles are made with good quality ingredients.(Note: This would go well paired with an apéritif like Amaretto or Grand Manier). Grade: A–(only because I like dark and milk chocolate better). I’m so happy that I had an opportunity to try these chocolates! I’ll be sure to stop by the next time that I’m in town! YUMMAGE!!!

I was looking for something sweet and found this place. it is a small store but clean. The lady behind counter was very nice. Would have given 5 stars if had better selection. I walked in and was greeted promptly. I was asked if I would like a sample, I said sure. It was very good. Then she asked me if I had been here before, I said no. She then explained that all the candies were made there on the property with the finest Belgium chocolates. I told her that I was just in for ice-cream. She said OK, I chose an ice-cream for a cone. She showed me that one was very soft and asked if I would like it in a bowl with the cone on the side. I said sure and was very happy that I did as it would have been very messy if I had not. The ice-cream was good quality. Everything was very good. The only downsides were: 1) very small selection 2) no indoor seating on this cold rainy day. They do have some seating outside but it was too cold today for that.
