Terrible customer service! Don’t know who has a higher iq, the people that work there or walmart associates! Put a down payment on a tablet and specifically asked if I end up deciding not to it it would I get a cash refund! The guy said yes! End up going home that night and doing some research and looking up the reviews on the tablet and they were terrible so I end up going back in the next day and saying I wanted to cancel it and they try giving me store credit and end up talk to the same guy who helped me and he was like oh I made a mistake! Spoke with the manager and she was rude and looked strung out of her mind! Overall I would not recommend this shop to anyone! Go to any store but this one! I will never do business again with them!

Back in February I decided to go check it out since I had won $ 1800 on the slots over at Harrahs, I put down cash to layaway a gold chain and a cross pendant, 6 months later due to my being late on my second to last payment they put my items back in stock and when I called them they were gracious enough to work with me since I had already invested almost $ 700 in my purchase, they even sold me a gold chain that was heavier in gold from what I originally had bought without charging me extra thanks Amy at super pawn I’ll be coming back for more! Great selection of jewelry and they are very ethical and professional.

i was looking to score a ps3… didn’t find one, but they did have ps3 & 360 games. they had a bunch of small leatherman knives, which was cool. they had a black ds for $ 99 and a new dual shock controller which was good. lots of jewelry and a cool painting for a naked lady.
