Established in 2011.

Derek Southworth has nearly 20 years experience in the music industry and continues to remain an active nightclub and festival DJ in the local and national music scene. This means not only does he have an expansive collection of older music, but has all of the most recent music. Additionally, we use state of the art technology that enables us to play ANY song ever released online in real time to fulfill ANY request. You’re not gonna have an old man showing up playing Jimmy Buffet here!

We hired Derek as MC and DJ at our Wedding in Lake Tahoe (September, 2015).
He is friendly, fun and a good as DJ. He were open to discuss all our requirements and prepare all the details. He has all the necessary equipment and he does a great job.

We booked Derek to fill a last minute cancellation for my good friend’s wedding. Not only was Derek able to accomodate the song list on short notice, but he was punctual, friendly, and an extremely gracious host without being cheezy!
I would absolutely reccommend his services to anyone looking for a solid, dependable DJ who puts his clients first and always gets the party jumpin!

Derek is a great DJ. Professional, funny, & access to ALL music, which is great when guests have requests. For 2 years in a row, Derek has DJ’ed the WEA Teacher’s Banquet. This party has 300 – 400 people. I got compliments from many guests saying the DJ was great and they loved his selections. I would definitely recommend him to DJ any event, big or small, formal or informal. He is awesome.
