Reverse Aging Infrared Sauna

We were referred to Reverse Aging by a friend because my husband had just gone through Congestive Heart Failure. She told us that Reverse Aging would be able to detox and purify his body from all the meds he takes. So we went and met Diane the owner and she was a «hoot». She is full of energy and very knowledgeable on health and wellness. She started my husband off on DoTerra oils and used the compass machine to figure out what his body was deficient of. Then from this point Diane had him start with the Infrared Thera Sauna. My husband couldn’t believe the color of his urine and the smells that were coming off of his body. He started feeling so much better, with less pain, less inflammation, and more energy. He also utilized the other machines that Reverse Aging carries, but the best for him was the Sauna. So much so that we ended up buying one for our house. Diane has helped my husbands health immensely! Since using the combination of the DoTerra oils and Sauna, his blood oxygen levels have stayed at 100% and so have his liver and kidney count. The doctors couldn’t believe it because he is on so many meds that should be lowering these counts. I highly recommend Reverse Aging!!!

This place is da bomb!!! I come to this place only, to sweat it out in her AMAZING medical grade infrared saunas !!! Do yr research… not all saunas are created equal and could be toxic for your health. I love Dianne because she really knows her stuff and is very confident in what she believes. I will continue to come here to detox!!!

I can’t say enough good things about Reverse Aging and the owner, Diane. She is definitely someone you want in your corner! First discovered Reverse Aging about 10 years ago — when I was 25 and have been saunaing regularly ever since. I’m very active and consider myself very healthy and have found the Infrared saunas an absolute necessity for optimal health and overall well-​being in this day and age of chemical bombarbdment. If you want to look and feel great there is nothing else like a good infrared sweat not to mention all the other great devices available to use at the center which are all state of the art. The products and supplements she carries are the absolute best in the world. Happy to report I just bought a sauna a couple months ago and could not be happier with it. Infrared sauna is awesome. Way better than traditional saunas. Place is totally rad! Feel great!

My favorite place! My home away from home! I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place and the owner Diane. I bought an infrared sauna from Diane about 3 years ago. Have also bought the alkaline water system, foot reflexology zapper, minerals and really anything she recommends. She is by far the most knowledgeable person in the health and wellness industry. Ever since starting all of these products about 3 years ago, my children, my husband and myself have never ever gotten sick. I have so much more energy and clarity than ever before. I have sent lots of friends there and they all thank me profusely for introducing them to this place and to Diane. She is truly the best of the best! I can’t remember life before using these products.

My personal trainer recommended I go for weight loss, because it helped her, so I ran down to become a member. The first thing I noticed was the peace and calming, serenity and joy I felt when I walked through the door. After 3 days my SI joint which has been a problem for 6 years was fixed! I could bend over and move without discomfort. Six years of chiropractors, physical therapy and massage, and 3 days at Reverse Aging was all I needed for the SI. The second thing that happened was I was sleeping 7 – 9 hours a night verse 3 – 4 hours. This was a God send! My mind was focused and alert again. I can’t wait to see what happens in the long run. The owner, Diane, makes you feel right at home and her willingness to share her knowledge and answer questions is consistent. My personal favorite would be the sauna’s. (Medical grade EMF safe) Not only does she have her location in Reno, she has helped open up a spa to support Tahoe :) ! How fortunate Tahoe is to have such an inexpensive fun place to rehabilitate or simply to get stronger and healthier. Thank you Diane.

I’d been having health issues, getting sick often, not sleeping well, etc. A friend recommended Reverse Aging Infrared Sauna and I decided to check it out. The owner was very welcoming and knowledgeable and took the time to show me around and learn about my issues. She recommended the best treatments and introduced me to Essential Oils, which I love and now use on my children. My health has never been better. The facility is awesome too, with great saunas and alkaline water in the showers.
