These guys are awesome. I called Wednesday afternoon and they came the following day at 8am. Two guys showed up, and proceeded to wipe years of grime from my windows, many of which are in a three-​story tall «wall of windows.» Started outside, then donned protective shoe kits for the interior work. Arrived on time, courteous, professional, with an outstanding result.

I called Reno Tahoe Windows after reading reviews on google and Unilocal.
I’m glad I did. Chris called me back seconds after I sent a text message asking for prompt availability, he booked me for the day after right away.
Clint & Ryan showed up and got to work right away! They were a delight to have them over to work in the house’s windows. They are very personable and make sure to ask if you are content with their work on the go.
This was a task that I did not look forward completing myself in preparation for selling our house.
They definitely came to the rescue!.

Anthony and Ryan arrived promptly today and did such a wonderful job on my windows. They worked fast, but also with great attention to detail.

Reno Tahoe Window Cleaning did an awesome job on our very dirty windows — inside and out. They look amazing and I will be using them at least every year from now on. They have the experience, the products and the tools to do it right, thoroughly, beautifully and make it look so easy.

Reno Tahoe Window Cleaning is a very professional, top notch business from start to finish. I called and scheduled my appointment about 2 weeks, I specified Clint to be the technician. The owner was very polite and professional on the phone and we scheduled the service. On the day of my appointment Clint called and let me know he was on his way about 45 minutes out. He showed up on schedule and started outside then came inside, cleaning all my windows to perfection. He also cleaned the window tracks, doing a thorough job. Once complete, he brought me the bill and it was very reasonable. This is a great company; you will get exactly what you pay for. This will be an annual service based on our experience. Thank you Reno Tahoe Window Cleaning, very happy customer.

Clint just made my windows sparkle! He called before arriving and asked if it was okay to start early. Absolutely! He got right to the job and did an impeccable clean-​up of my icky windows. He was speedy, polite and tidy throughout the job, wore those little foot cloths, and spread tarps in front of the interior work area. That was impressive! This was my first time using Reno Tahoe Window Cleaning and I will absolutely call again, and will likely specifically ask for Clint!

There was great potential for this company to be great as the estimate was fair and timely and the time frame they could do the work was good. But two inexcusable mistakes are why I am writing this review. I would have prefered to call Chris but no one answered and seemed to be no way to leave a message.
They left the GATE OPEN in my backyard so when I came home and let the dogs out they got out. Luckily a neighbor brought them back as I was unaware they were out and about.
Also the top piece of glass in my security door was left loose so it fell on me — yes I caught it but it could have broken. Last straw and I will never use them again!
If safety and security issues are important to you I would not recommend this company.

Holy crap, my windows were filthy! House was 1 year old and mucho construction is happening all around us so I said to myself, why bother cleaning the windows now? After grief from family and friends… they wore me down.
I saw this company cleaning the windows at my local Raley’s so I decided to try them. I am so happy that I did.
Called the number, the owner Chris answered right away and had his estimator Clint come over the same day. Quote was very reasonable and Chris and Clint were both great to deal with.
Kevin and his co-​worker came today to clean my windows, both very friendly and did an amazing job. Kevin even checked my gutters for me to tell me if I had any debris in there.
I will be using them again.
