Reno Tahoe Party Bus

We used Lake Tahoe Party Bus in May of last year when my little company stayed in Zephyr Cove for our team offsite. Steve, the owner, was AMAZING and was incredibly accommodating for our group! We’d accidentally left someone behind and he offered to turn around and get them — granted, I don’t think we were too far but still, awesome service. Coordination was easy and accommodating changes was stress-​free. During our most recent offsite, one of the things that many of us noted as missing from the trip… was the party bus experience we had on Steve’s bus!

Worst party bus ever. The owner could never get back to us to coordinate time and place. He lost our credit card information for deposit. Driver was late. Driver was mean and seemed very antsy to leave and go home. The lights on the bus were broken. Terrible.

My friends and I used this bus/​van service on New Year’s Eve for scheduled pick-​ups and drop-​offs so we could enjoy partying without having to drive or rely on the scarcity of cabs in South Lake. Steve, the owner, was the nicest guy to deal with and gave us fair pricing for that night, instead of ripping us off like a lot of cabs/​transportation companies do just because it’s NYE. The driver was very friendly and engaging and even helped make our short trips more fun, as well as being early for our pick up times. At the end of our night, while hundreds of drunk people were begging for rides and waiting in the freezing cold outside the casinos, we had a nice, warm van there to take us home! I highly recommend reserving a van or bus in advance like we did, especially on any big night.
Also, I can’t help but note that some of the other negative reviewers sound awfully whiny and immature. My interactions with this company have all been very positive, and I’ve heard the same from several of my friends. We will definitely book them again!

I can’t thank them enough for the amazing time we had! Steve was absolutely fabulous in setting our plans, communicating via phone and email and making sure we were taken care of. Although there was last minute change in our destination plans due to bad weather we had a blast!!! Our driver Kris made sure we all had a great time and was a total gem putting up with our shenanigans and the many photo ops we had him take! I would HIGHLY recommend this company ten time over! Thanks again for the fabulous time! You guys rock!

A group of us (high school students) rented the bus for prom night. We planned to have the bus pick us up, drive us to the beach for pictures, drop us off at the prom and pick us up from the prom and drive us to our final destination (a party). The day before the prom, we were told that one of the company’s buses broke down and we would have to share the bus with another group of «prom goers’, but that we would still be able to stick to our original schedule. We were given a $ 200 discount for sharing. We found out on prom night that our bus was actually scheduled to service 3 other groups of people, as well as our group of 35 students. The bus driver was extremely rude and kept saying that he had started working at noon that day. The bus was so late picking us up from the prom, that we had to ask parents to come get us from the prom and take us to a friends house until the bus could come get us and take us to the party. It didn’t arrive until 12:15 to take us to the party. The bus driver had no music on the bus and one of the kids let the bus driver use his iphone for music. When we got back on the bus, the iphone had been stolen. We will never ever use this company again and we will do our best to spread the word. Do not use this company for your party bus!!!

This company was so unprofessional, they booked 4 groups in one night with only one bus, because one of there buses broke down. But instead of calling us a week before and telling us they would only have one bus for the night, they called the night before our prom. Also things were stolen from that bus, the owners were so disrespectful, they were completely late on picking us up. I definitely would suggest using another company.

This party bus company was awful! They completely ruined many proms at south Tahoe high school. I will never rent from them ever again. The driver was rude, the owners are completely unprofessional, and is very over priced. The owners are also super rude. We thought we were booking this bus for just our group and it ended up being booked for a total of 4 groups! We waited outside for an hour as we waited and the owner was not answering our calls. The owner is also very immature and is commenting on my Instagram pictures when I am under 18. They need to grow up. Also several people’s phones were stolen. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER.

I called and made a reservation for 20 people on new years eve. I left nothing but my phone number, and credit card. They told me I needed nothing else, but to call them with exact location for pick up. When I called on NYE I was told immediately to call back in 5 minutes, so just longer than 5 minutes later I called. The woman told me she had already spoken to me and there was no reservation. The problem was that we had not spoken that night and made the reservation with my card! She the proceeded to tell me to call back in 15 minutes and hung up on me.
This company might be good on a night that is less busy than New years eve, but I won’t take the risk of using them again.

Yay! Party bus! We had a really nice driver, and we got to play some of our own music which was nice. The bus was clean, and comfy. My only beef was that I had to provide a lot of directions, so I couldn’t drink a lot so I didn’t give wrong directions. If you need a DD for a special event this is the service for you!
