The quality of work is great. The people are really nice and easy to talk to. The only thing is I forgot to add envelopes to my order and they told it would be $ 36 then when I went to go pick up my order and buy the envelopes they told me $ 50. Other than that they do good work.

Wanted to show my appreciation for such a wonderful experience! This project was very important for me and I’ve spent a ton of time and energy on it. I have never dealt with a printer for a project like this and had no idea where in Reno to go. I went here solely based on the Unilocal reviews and I was not disappointed. I was worried about the printing and making sure I was asking for the right things, but Dan did a great job of advising me which led to a final project I absolutely love! I’ve just ordered more copies of the booklets because I could afford it– the price was very reasonable which allowed me more flexibility. I’ll be back for sure.

He was extremely professional throughout the entire process and really helped me get my ideas out and onto the most AWESOME set of tank tops for my friends and I that I could ever imagine. Our association, headquartered in Washington DC, recently used Reno Print Store to print and assemble books for a conference held in Lake Tahoe. The books were about 185 pages divided into 10 sections. The quality of the books and the manner in which they were assembled was the best that we have seen. While the customer service and the professionalism of the staff was exceptional, one person stood out and her name is Samantha Sorensen. Even last minute changes and two last minute posters were not a problem and Samantha was always friendly and eager to assist. We strongly recommend Reno Print Store.

I asked Tyler at Reno Print Store to print a banner for a boy scout patrol flag. I wasn’t even really sure what I needed, and just gave them a picture I liked with some text. RPS Rocks. We have been working with them for several years, doing thousands of dollars of business quarterly. They have our billing on point and always quote us proper turnaround times. Mistakes are rare, and when they happen, RPS always makes it right with us. We even had a large banner with scuff marks from shipping and they replaced it free. Their staff is very knowledgeable and always makes sure we are on track for our store and corporate events. I can’t believe our organization did not do business with Reno Print Store sooner. In need of about 250 postcards by the end of the week, I gave them a call and emailed them my artwork. I am absolutely impressed by the professionalism, and quality of product that I received from Reno Print Store (RPS).
We were in crisis mode in Squaw Valley — our fat heads to support our friends participating in Ironman Lake Tahoe had been delayed in delivery, and we needed to act fast. We found RPS on Unilocal,made a call, and explained the situation of what we needed. Not only did Bob price out the most economical option for us, but they also provided a top quality product in less than 6 hours. When we arrived everyone was so friendly, and despite the mass entrance of customers coming in to pick things up before they closed for the weekend — they helped everyone with a smile.
I would recommend RPS to anyone — I live in San Francisco, and next time I need shirts — you know I will be ordering them from RPS to be delivered to my front door!

Reno Print Store is my favorite print store, and I’ll tell you why: they put up with my lack of knowledge of the printing world, and always forgive me for messing up my bleed lines… every.time. Excellent product quality AND excellent customer service, what more could you ask for? From their front desk staff to their printers, everyone is knowledgeable and friendly. They also offer fantastic deals and the best prices in town.
