I highly recommend this place. they fixed my iPad that I left in pieces. They were very through checking what worked and the condition of the unit. They had done on time and they were also friendly. They made a good experience out of a bad one.

Unfortunately, I’ve had to use a repair company for three things in the last month– and I couldn’t ask for more qualified, helpful and timely assistance! They replace broken screens, dead phone buttons and switches-​all courteously and with a smile! Thanks! I’m sure we’ll be back!

What a joke.
They advertise that they buy phones. Went in to see what they would give me for a galaxy note 5. They offered me $ 25.
Seriously. $ 25
How crooked are they and how dumb do they think people are? Even gamestop, which is known for basically ripping people off on trades and buys, offered $ 187. Amazon was $ 300.
$ 25. Wow.

I wouldn’t bother taking my iPhone to anyone else. They are the most affordable, great customer service and do a great job. They also have a lot of parts in stock so you don’t have to wait for something to be ordered.

These guys are awesome. I dropped my S5 and busted up the screen. Been living with this cracked screen now for 6 months. Too early for an upgrade. Was not happy to go and get tge screen replaced which I knew would be at 100.00. But… when they looked at my phone they said I had only cracked the outer acrylic screen which they replaced for 22.00 and in only 5 minutes. So awesome. !!!

Ok, so I broke my screen on my iPhone 5s and took it in here. I waited for the repair and it took about an hour. When I got my phone back, it worked great. That same night, I went to restart it and when I turned it back on, it wouldn’t get past the apple logo. Hooked it up to my Mac to restore it and nothing. I spent several hours on this. It was frustrating to say the least!
However, nothing in life is perfect. So I went in to their kiosk again to have them repair my phone. I was really angry that I didn’t have a phone that worked, but I tried my hardest not to take that anger out on them. I explained my situation to them. They said they would repair it. I then said I would have to have my sister pick up the phone, and they were very accommodating. They ended up replacing something else and now the phone works and feels like a brand new phone.
I gave them 5 stars because of how they handled business when things went wrong. Things go wrong in business, and I think it’s a great opportunity to evaluate how a business is actually ran. They fixed my phone quickly both times and never discussed any extra costs or fees outside of my original screen replacement cost. I would highly recommend their service to another person, and did at work today.

Absolutely horrible. Don’t waste your money here. They «fixed» my water damaged phone, then 20 minutes after giving it back to me (after I was back home) the screen started to pop off. I called them and they said that it would be an easy fix or that they would refund me if they couldn’t fix it. I went back, and right away (the same lady I talked to on the phone) said that I could replace it for $ 80 more. So they were trying to charge me even more money for the crappy job they did, so I left. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Forget the APPLE store, bring your damaged phone here.
«It can’t be fixed. You’re screen is damaged and we can’t replace it. You’re going to have to get a new phone.» These were the words that were told to my girlfriend when she brought her non-​working iPhone 6 plus into the apple store this morning after we waited over an hour to see one of their technicians. Disappointed we discussed her options for a new phone, but the only thing she cared about was that she was going to loose all of the pictures she had that had not been backed up in months. We decided to take the phone head home and see if there was some way that we could get the pictures from her phone. When we got home we quickly realized that without being able to enter in her pass code we were out of luck.
However, this is where Reno iPhone repair comes into play. As a last ditch effort we decided that we would take it into these guys and see if maybe they could help us out. Well, help us out they did. We walked right up to their booth, did not wait a single minute to be seen (remember at apple it took us over an hour to be seen and we were there 15 minutes before apple opened), told them the situation, (Or I did, all she could tell them was that she wanted her pictures) and immediately they offered us some ideas.
The gentleman behind the counter said what he could do was hook up a new screen, see if it powers on, and if it did they could get in and help her get her photos backed up via iCloud, then they could put her old screen back in, and they would only charge us $ 35 for their time. Great we said, lets do it.
They immediately pulled her phone apart right in front of us, hooked up a new screen, and low and behold, it powered right up. The gentleman then checked a few things, powered down her phone and put her OLD screen back in. He told us her screen looked ok and that he wanted to check it one more time. He pressed the power button and it powered back up without any issue and we NO new parts. He checked the function of the screen said everything looked good, and put the whole phone back together. We left there less than 15 minutes after we came in, with no new parts, and a 100% functioning phone that APPLE told us could not be repaired.
I can not give this company enough praise for their customer service, their skill and their honesty. If you have an iPhone hardware problem don’t waste your time at the APPLE store, bring it here instead and be assured that everything that could be done has been done.

UPDATE 2÷12÷2012: The owner had previously agreed to order a new charge port board since the back and close apps lights stopped illuminating. They called me on ²⁄₁₁ telling me the new charge port came in so i went to pick it up on ²⁄₁₂ and instead they presented me with what appears to be a brand new box S5 phone. They said they wanted to make the phone whole and completely right and to me this is service that went above and beyond. I would recommend this business and it’s owners to anyone needing fair treatment of services. Thanks !
Past 2015
Ive had many phone screens replaced from this shop. Mainly iPhones and they have done a great job on those. Recently though I brought in a Samsung S5 and needed that screen replaced. After having them replace the screen the new screen started to crack by itself and fall off in pieces. When I brought it back in the tech told me that this was caused by the actual frame being bent. So, as I trusted his word we ordered a new frame and he said the screen would be under warranty and they would charge me for the frame. I thought this was fair and was pleased with their help in this. I received the phone back about 4 days later with a new screen and frame. A quick inspection on pickup seemed to show no problems. However, on closer inspection they did not match the correct OEM parts it seems. The home button was loose and did not properly sit flush with the frame as it should. Also, the Backlit back and menu buttons were not the correct color as they were blue not white as the OEM should be. The LED also does not work as it should for notifications now. As expected they probably use aftermarket parts but they should at least match the OEM looks.
PLEASE have your techs do more througough inspections before returning it to the customer. I will be returning again for the 3 issues mentioned.

I can’t say enough good about this company and my experience with them. A local business, started by a husband and wife after a job loss. Started working out of their home, and through referrals on their quality work, got big enough to open their own store in their hometown.
I took in my wifes’ brand new Blackberry. Not a common phone. They ordered the part, and exactly on time called to let me know the new screen was in. I brought the phone down to them the next morning-​they checked all of functions to make sure they knew if there was any additional damage, and then did the repair right in front of me. And believe me, after you see what is involved in replacing a screen, you’ll be glad you let a pro take care of it for you.
Ninety minutes later, the phone was repaired like new. And at a very fair price. Came with a service guarantee as well.
I’m told by Ryan and Theresa that Ryan is not the only great tech working for them. But I’ll never let anyone else work on my phone. If you have a problem with your phone, or ipad or other device, don’t even consider sending it away to be repaired. Let Ryan and his people take care of it for you. You’ll be glad you did.

Great customer service. They follow up and get the job done right. I recommend them for any phone repairs. They replaced the screen in my LG G2. They had to order a few screens to get the right one. I was impressed with their commitment to getting me the right screen. Thank you.

I have been here twice now. Once to fix my iPhone and once to have them fix my daughters phone.
They replaced my cracked screen but once I got all the way home I realized that all of my settings were off. Everything was GONE. I called them and they asked me to bring it back in. Luckily my boyfriend was messing around with it and discovered that somehow my time setting got put back to 1973!!! Once we changed that everything was fixed and luckily we didn’t have to go back.
Our most recent trip was for my daughter’s phone. Her actual phone wasn’t working and when she would call people all you would here is static. She dropped it off, came back to pick it up and was told it was fixed. She left and sure enough, after about 30 minutes it started doing the same static thing. Her and I went back to the kiosk. The guy messed with it and got it working again. We decided to walk around the mall before leaving to make sure it would work. After about an hour, sure enough, it stopped working again. We took it back and he said we needed to leave it for a few hours.
When my daughter brought it in originally, the screen was cracked and they were supposed to replace it as part of the work. Well we get back and they tell her that not only could they not fix it but that they were going to refund the cracked screen and just charge her $ 35 for labor. Fair right? WRONG! They didn’t put her original «small cracked» screen back on. They «accidentally» threw that one away and replaced with a cracked screen that was a mess. It was about three times more cracked the when she had brought it in. We were in shock. So not only did she pay $ 35 for nothing, she got a worse screen put on then before and had to return to the kiosk THREE times before they figured out that they could not help us. We will not be coming back here or recommending this place to anyone.

Got Screen replaced iT broke the Next Day because Phone Was a little Bent prior to Repair. went back iN to ask about refund or screen replacement since it will keep braking unless phone is bent back. They told me too bad they have seen worse. Was bummed to spend $ 125 on a screen that broke the next day because faulty replacement n voided the Warranty.

In and out in an hour! I cracked my work phone screen and was pretty upset about it but I went to these guys and loved the experience! For me the the two most important things were a) getting my phone back ASAP and b) having it done right. Happy to say both things happened. Price was $ 115 before tax which wasn’t terrible. Location is mega easy and the mall had wifi so I could work while they fixed my phone. Yay!

My iphone was completely shut off, nothing would work. Couldn’t get it to charge or even turn on. Apple told me the display was broken, and I needed to get a new phone. Thanks to iPhone and iPod repair. My iphone is working perfectly now. He was very honest with me about what needed to be done and even lowered my cost, by telling me what wasn’t necessary to fix at this time. So helpful. I highly recommend this place. Thanks guys!

I meant to write this the other day and forgot. I told the guys when they were done working on my phone I would give them a good review. I try and keep my word:
Great service. Great price. They did what they said they would in less time than they said they would.
My iPhone 5 battery was just dead. My external charging case by unu works sometimes and then doesn’t. (That’s another story) stopped working.
I searched on Unilocal for «IPhone Battery Replacement» and found these guys in the Meadowood Mall. Called and said he could replace the battery for $ 65 in about an hour.
I brought it in and realized I had not backed it up lately but he said not to worry the phone shouldn’t lose data but he did qualify that statement by saying it was possible. He was right. No problem. Gave them the phone. Did a lap around the mall. Stopped back 25 minutes later just to check. The tech was done. I paid $ 68 with tax. They gave me old battery in case the problem wasn’t the battery. He told me they would put old battery back in for just labor (I thought that was pretty cool). Battery works great or at least as good as it was when I bought the phone almost 2 years ago.
If you need service for your smartphone and I imagine tablets (not sure about the tablets). This is your place.
Not that I have anything against Apple. But they would have turned this into an ordeal and I’m betting it would have cost me a little more than $ 65.

I brought my iPad in to have an issue with the power button fixed. It was fixed very quickly and I ended up have a tempered glass screen protector put on my Galaxy Note 3. These guys were very helpful, professional, and answered all of my questions. Prices are very reasonable. Would definitely use their services again.

One star is kind! This place charged over 200 to replace my screen… Guess it is to be expected, but immediately after the screen started to lift and separate from the phone. Any kind if pushing, texting, made the screen flex up and down. Eventually cracking within a short time. They do not have any warranty on the quality of their work! 200 completely down the drain! What a waste! Find a better vendor for this.
