I am a middle-​aged female who recently went thru the basic MS courses, and am happy to report excellent results! I was treated with efficiency, respect, professionalism, and accurate information relating to my needs. My goal is to get my MS certification to obtain good employment, and thanks to Christian and the «team», I am well on my way to reaching my goals by the end of the summer! Christian, Robert, and all the instructors are very well trained in what they do and I had no problems with learning the content in the courses. My instructors were certified and very knowledgeable on the subjects they taught. Any questions I had were always answered proficiently. All meetings were set up by appt., and if I ever had a time or traffic problem, they were always flexible and worked around my schedule. Christian worked very well with my counselors to get my paperwork everywhere it needed to go. This school has very good relationships with all the job training agencies here, and these agencies have very high respect for this school.
Bottom line– This is a very excellent learning facility in Reno, and I highly recommend this school for anyone needing to improve their skills or wanting to obtain a certification.

DO NOT GO TO THIS SCHOOL FOR SOFTWARE TRAINING/​CERTIFICATIONS!!! I have just gone through SIX MONTHS of working on my expert cert for MS Office to just now find out the training I received is only for «core» exams. My so-​called «academic counselor,» Christian, straight up LIED to me to get me to enroll:
* Christian stated ALL instructors are certified experts for the topics they teach — LIE… none of my course instructors were certified experts;
* Christian stated ALL material costs are included in the course purchase — LIE… early in my attendance the school changed curriculum and refused to provide a textbook, saying «I waited too long» and must pay an additional fee;
Christian stated ALL my courses could be completed within 2 – 3 months — LIE… the school has problems keeping qualified instructors and changed the curriculum and course schedules throughout my attendance without contacting me;
* Christian stated ALL advanced courses cover the material on which the expert exams will test — LIE… was not informed until exam time none of the courses I attended cover expert material;
* Christian stated ALL will be ready when I walk in to take exams — LIE… proctor had no idea what I was testing for or even how to administer exams. HORRIBLE SCHOOL! And I’m not the only person! Have LOTS of similar stories from other former students & professionals! Please contact me if you would like more info!

There is no need to like this these guys are jerks. I had an appointment at 1pm they told me they would be right back and they walk to the store. Then they had the nerve to tell me that I didn’t know what was going on so I should be patent. That isn’t very professional. As a person looking to go to your school you would think that my time would be just as important as their time.
