WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I went to place 2 orders for delivery. I got there at 4:30 (they close at 5). I stood inside the sales trailer with two other customers, waiting to pay. It was now 5:05. While the employee was helping the person in front of me, I was told since they close at 5, I would have to phone in my order the next morning. WHAT! I’ve been here for 30 minutes and you’re telling me I have to go home and call in my order the next day. I was furious and called RENO ROCK right then and there and placed my 2 orders. I will never recommend Oxborrow EVER!

Yep, wish I’d come here first before spending a bunch of money on bags of dirt. When those bags weren’t enough, our neighbor recommended Oxborrow. $ 30 got us a truck bed full of triple mix! Perfect for the garden. They also have tons of landscape material and pretty much any kind of dirt or rock you might need.

It seems like I’ve been giving a lot of 5 star reviews lately but that’s the beauty of my job. I get to try all these businesses with company money and see which ones are the best. Oxborrow is no exception. Great customer service and they have just about any rock, sand, bark, gravel, dirt, soil, or otherwise terra firma you can imagine. They have a bin right in front of the office with probably 50+ different samples in it. That’s another thing I’ve learned over the years doing this. When you need something specific, go to a place that specializes in that. Sure you can get playground sand at Home Depot or Lowe’s, but by the time you spend $ 200 on 15 bags of sand, you could have come here, spent $ 40 and had it loaded in one bucket full from the tractor. They also deliver if you need a whole lot. Bark for your playground, red rocks for your landscaping, or topsoil for your garden, get it from Oxborrow. You can thank me later!

Worst customer service ever. Ordered a «Full» load of rock that was supposed to be 14 – 17 Yds. Got home to find 6.5 yds delivered on Sat. Called to ask where the rest was and was told that I should have known that on Sat they only deliver in 10 wheel dumps and I should know that is 6.5 yds max. I told mgr Mitch that I needed the rest today as I had rented an excavator and it was going to cost me an extra $ 350 to keep it another day. He said too bad and Monday would have to do and he would be willing to waive the $ 30 delivery fee. Big whoop when I am loosing $ 350 due to their miscommunication/​mistake. Never will use them again for anything. Rude to boot.
