Northwest Self Storage

We have been renting here for over 4 years. The staff and Connie the manager has been accommodating to our travel lifestyle.
We have had units in the past that are dirty and leaky. The units here are clean and dry, plus the storage area is kept tidy.
I always suggest friends and family here. They are full most of the time which to me, means they have great rates and treat their customers well.
They are Burner friendly as well!

Beware — they have problems — my lines were cut to my fuel and tanks drained — the problem is that the crooks cut the wrong lines before they cut the gas lines and the repair bill was $ 2000.00 dollars. NW Storage refused to do anything about it. They have no integrity when it come to taking care of renters.

Customers beware. Northwest self Storage is not a place I’d ever leave my items again.
Within the first month of leaving our rig at Northwest Storage, they had a break in. Our locks were broken, batter stolen, and lines cut. When we arrived at the storage, they let us know that they are not responsible for anything. One of their big selling points was they had video surveillance and security on site. However when we asked when the break in happened, they said they didn’t know. They refused to compensate for our losses or refund our payment for the month.
There were other customer service issues pending before the break-​in happened but that was the final straw. Northwest Storage assured us the property was safe. I’m have no idea what kind of video surveillance or personal security they have but obviously not very good if someone can cut a three foot hole in a fence and rob/​vandalize multiple vehicles without them even noticing.
I would not encourage anyone to leave their RV at Northwest Self Storage if they value their property.

Connie is awesome! I called to ask about storage and realized their location isn’t going to work for me, but she still spent 15 minutes on the phone giving me help/​directions on the best way to pack and store. Loved her. I highly recommend this storage facility just based on first impressions of Connie!

I have used NWS twice in a period of five years. They are awesome. Great customer service. Great attitudes. Units are secure. Grounds are kept clean. I would recommend them to anyone needing a storage unit!!! Five stars all the way!

I have used Northwest Storage a few times in the last 5 years each time was over a year. They have been great. The office staff have been very helpful. I just recently but my belongings back with them. Denise was very nice and helpful. I won’t trust anyone else with my belonging’s. I highly recommend Northwest Storage.

Northwest Self Storage is the best storage facility in Reno. Their prices are the lowest I have seen (and we called a lot of places). They offer storage units as well as RV storage. The staff is amazingly nice and helpful. They go out of their way to help customers find the right space. There are so many ways to pay, including auto pay, and online pay as well. We rented a space from them to store our utility trailer and we never had any problems whatsoever. The space is secure, clean and easy to get in and out. Easy transactions, secure storage and the BEST PRICES in Reno…5 Stars all the way!

I just rented a storage unit at NW Self Storage in Reno. I went there because of the good reviews I read about this business and it was everything I hoped for and more! The units are clean and very accessible; the staff is super-​friendly and helpful, making me feel like my business is important to them. They offer different payment plans including auto-​pay, which is very helpful to us. I look forward to a long relationship with NW Storage. Highly recommended.

This is the best storage facility in town! Every interaction I have had with the staff/​manager was both professional and friendly. It is easy to get in and out of the lots and the hours make access to my unit more than convenient. When I was first looking for a storage facility I called & went to many other places, but none provided the great cost for value as Northwest Storage. I recommend this business to anyone looking for a safe place to store their belongings.
