Just recently my mom passed away and they were so compassionate and helpful. I have many other relatives there and never have had a problem there with the upkeep of all grave sites. Recommend highly.

Everything seems to be fine, at the time. Although they did not give my grandmother the coffin colored that she so requested. Their speaker system did not work adequately. Everyone seem to be nice enough. Although it has now been 2 months from the year and she has yet to have a gravestone. They are claiming that they have a problem with the engraver and it should be on her grave by February which would make it an exact year which is bullshit I suggest going somewhere else if you actually want stuff done there was an additional charges so they did lie to my grandma about that. They said that everything was already paid for and that we would not receive any additional charges whatsoever because she had been paid for her stuff many many years ago. I suggest going somewhere else. So here is an update. A exact year and a day and they just now put her headstone in. We had to threaten with going to the news with the story to get it to happen… Ugh just sad.

Yes, I am a fan of this mortuary. My brother and I have lost both parents, one in 2009 and now our mom in 2013. We have used this place twice.
They are very friendly and HELPFUL.
Jayson T. Pulsifer, helped us this time with my mom and he did a excellent job of handling all our concerns and issues.
I am writing this review just because, «yes» people do look on Unilocal as to the best places around to use. As hard as this time is for our family Mt. View has helped us each step of the way.
