My sister used this company, never met a business owner so bullheaded. Just make sure everything goes his way and you won’t be disappointed. Tip: Record every conversation so you can play it back

Scott re-upholstered a LaZBoy rocker recliner in August 2015 and did a terrific job. He gave me the lowest price and did not over estimate the amount of fabric I would need. He will use your fabric or order for you. My new rocker was finished in ten days and I am very, very pleased with the workmanship and the price.

Great job on my Grandmothers sofa! So nice to be able to enjoy such beautiful furniture. Great job guys. I too have sent them a second chair to fix.

We just sent off our second chair with this man, the owner and only worker currently, to get reupholstered. Since we are using him a second time that should say a lot. When we got our first chair back it looked like new and still does. He knows his fabrics, chairs, and the type of work that is needed. If you want cheerful, over the top friendly, this isn’t the guy for you. He may be a tiny bit gruff at first, but I can tell you that I would rather have up front honesty versus a bunch of balony. If you do call him it would help to have an idea of what type of fabric you want and in what colors. He does free estimates and since we live close it was in home. I have no idea if he charges for driving a bit to do an in home estimate, but I imagine not. We bought and very well used wing back vinyl chair from a thrift store for $ 20.00 with the idea in mind to get this guy reupholster it. If he was going to charge a lot then we would throw the chair away and know we donated our twenty to a good cause(SPCA). The chair’s back is full of those buttons that is tufted in the cushion. That is a lot of work especially with the type of fabric we wanted. Before we saw the owner to get the estimate we went online to see how much a brand new wing back chair in vinyl would cost. We found it would cost us $ 600.00 — $ 1100.00. Well to get it redone it is less than $ 400.00. I know that in this unstable economy this is quite a splurge, but if this is something you want to do and can afford I recommend Magic Tough Custom Upholstery. I think he is great at his craft and I always give the small business person a chance. It has paid off. I know when we get our new chair it will be great!
