Loading Helpers specializes in short-​notice moves. Instead of having to book your move months in advance, Loading Helpers allows you to schedule your move anytime, including same-​day service. Despite the last-​minute notice, Ben was able to round up a crew to help me move, when another company was no-​call-​no-​show. The price was scary high, but understandable, given the circumstances. Thank you for getting me moved!

I echo all of the positive comments. I had three ABF U-​Pack Cubes that needed to be unloaded. Ben, the owner, was professional, quick and got the unpacking labor scheduled very quickly about two weeks prior to their arrival. I received a confirmation email of my order and then a few days before U-​Pack arrival, Ben called to confirm everything. The day of cube arrival, he called me a few more times to confirm U-​Pack cube delivery time. His staff showed up promptly at the agreed-​upon time and started unloading. They had experience with U-​Pack Cubes, which was a plus, because they are not like PODS and different strapping mechanisms. Junior (and Jesse?) were great. They were careful, friendly, quick and asked if I wanted anything set aside from the morass of boxes. I could not be more delighted. Use this company and you will have a great experience.

It has been a very pleasurable and worry free encounter to have experienced an extremely competent and professional team of expert movers in the name of Loading Helpers! Ben is a master of his trade who constantly reassured me that this physically demanding move from a 1st floor 2 bedroom apartment to a 3rd floor 2 bedroom apartment would be completed on target and on time. His estimate was accurate and Junior the on-​site team leader coordinated his highly competent team of 5 men for a very physically demanding move. Heavy and bulky furniture, books, plants and other cherished possessions were muscled up 3 flights of stairs within a very tight schedule with no issues, no damage and no spills. Ben was in constant touch throughout the move to ensure I was satisfied. My advice if you need some worry free professional moving assistance at a reasonable price call the Loading Helpers! My score: A PERFECT 10.

All I can say is WOW! Exceptional service. Ben stayed in constant contact since I was unsure of my move date, and even when I scheduled a really awkward day and time, he was kind enough to work things out to change it to a much more convenient one at the last minute! Chris and Jesse showed up promptly and got the job done efficiently without damaging a thing. We all even took a break and had lunch together. It was like moving with friends. Even though I went over my time slot, I never felt like a burden to them. They got me 20% off my moving truck and even charged me less than I was expecting to pay. I am so happy I chose Loading Helpers and would strongly recommend them to everyone! A+++

I would love to give Loading Helpers 6 stars, but 5 is the highest I can go. This is, by far, the best moving company ever! I’m usually the person who writes Unilocal reviews to complain about bad service. Not this time. Loading Helpers is well organized. On time. Plan everything in advance. I actually got several calls during the day from the office, just to make sure everything was going well. The movers were incredibly nice. They were very conscientious (handled my items the way I would handle them). I can’t say enough good things about this company. I HIGHLY recommend them.

What an amazing company! We’ve had bad experiences in the past with movers but Loading Helpers was Top Notch all the way. I worked closely with Ben from beginning to end on our moving date and subsequent changes. Always very professional, courteous and communicated everything up front. We had a three team crew show up for our big move and they were outstanding. They knew how to pack a 26 foot truck with all our items! Each box and piece of furniture was a piece in the loading puzzle. They each worked so hard and didn’t damage one item. We were so grateful to have them! I would absolutely recommend Loading Helpers to all my friends and family!

We just used loading helpers to move from Sparks to Reno. These guys were awesome. The movers we had were Junior, Los and Charlie. They were very friendly and took great care of our belongings from start to finish. The customer service was over the top, every step of the way, which made an otherwise stressful experience go very smoothly. I would highly recommend these guys.

From start to finish, Loading Helpers were fantastic in every step in the process. Ben was courteous and timely in returning calls and answering all my questions. Come moving day, Junior, Carlos and Jesus were friendly, efficient and very professional. From asking questions to determine where we wanted everything in our new home to removing the handles on the refrigerator so it could fit through the front door, they provided an awesome experience that I would recommended to anyone that is moving. When they were all finished unloading everything, Junior even asked what else they could do for us since they had 15 minutes still on clock!

The team I had was great! Couldn’t have asked for better service. We didn’t get everything moved but they did stay an extra 4 hrs to help get as much done as possible! Hopefully I never have to move again but if I do then I will be calling Ben! Thanks guys!

I had to schedule a move quickly and called the loading helpers, they gave me a quote and even helped me find a moving truck. On the day of the move the guys showed up on time and ready to move. They loaded the truck quickly and carefully and they really seemed to care about my items. They brought their own materials and they were willing to move everything! One of the movers even used his own truck to move my couches to avoid making multiple trips!!! It was so nice! When they got to my new place they helped set up my bed, they hoisted my couch and they were just very careful about all of my items again!!! It was so fast! They showed up to work fast and efficiently. I would recommend these guys to anyone– I actually had my friend with me during the move and she was so impressed with them that she is already planning on using these guys!

We hired Loading Helpers for a local move from Reno to Sparks and I am so glad we did! First of all, we recently moved to Reno from the Bay Area and we did that move by ourselves. We actually spent more money on that move than we did when we hired Loading Helpers for a local move. Ben from the office scheduled our move and was professional and helpful throughout the process. On moving day, the manager, Junior, and his team, Carlos, and Chris showed up on time, and got the job done faster than anyone expected. The best part is I felt like my friends came to help me move. The moving team was super friendly and we shared plenty of laughs that day. Every item that was moved was treated with white glove service; no damage, no dings, no dirty fingerprints, etc. These are true professionals who will get the job done right!

Loading Helpers is the BEST moving company! I would use them again and again if I needed to.
Ben was so accommodating and amazing. I had some strange time constraints on my move and he fully and completely worked with me on it. He kept in touch with me and was professional and so kind!
The crew was GREAT!!! The guys were early and worked SO SO hard for 4 hours. They were super friendly and personable (ie: not creepy at all) and were so great about moving things exactly where I wanted it.
2 guys moved stuff out of 3 pods while another guy put together a bunch of furniture and new purchases. It was TOTALLY, 10 000% the best service! I cannot imagine using another company.
Loading Helpers was recommended to me from 2 friends, and I would absolutely continue that recommendation to others. AMAZING experience!

I just moved to San Francisco from Reno. I called loading movers literally the day before. I spoke the Ben Pierce and he was extremely helpful guiding me through all I needed to do to successfully accomplish my move in a very short amount of time. I called to get a quote on help unloading my moving truck. My first impression of Ben was that he was thorough and professional, which I really appreciated. When I told him I had to discuss their pricing ($ 350 for 2 men for 3 hours) with my partner and get back to him. He said no problem and didn’t pressure me into booking at all. When we decided they would be the best company for us, I called back and we set up a time, which they were flexible with us about. They had an 830 appointment but we couldn’t start moving until 9 so Ben said that wasn’t an issue and said his guys would be there at 9. His guys got here at 9, got our whole 20 foot truck unloaded in 3 hours. They were super friendly and very efficient. I would use this company again and would recommend them to anyone moving!

Never had better movers or customer service!!! Ben thank you so much for treating me like family and going above and beyond to accommodate my schedule. Our movers were amazing and even had great ideas about furniture placement … loved it. I can not say enough about this company and the people that work there. My husband and I hired Loading Helpers to move furniture and other heavy items to our new home in Reno. We were moving on the hottest weekend of the year yet Junior, Charlie and Augie worked extremely hard for hours with no complaints. They were wonderful to work with, as well as their Regional Manager, Ben Pierce. These men are very professional, polite, hard-​working and just plain nice. Their rates are very reasonable and I felt that we got more than our money’s worth from their company. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire Loading Helpers again and I would recommend them to anyone needing some really good help with their move.
