History

Established in 1994.

Over the last twenty years, Mr. Kendall has tried over twenty jury trials to verdict, has tried numerous bench trials to verdict, and has represented hundreds of clients in arbitrations and mediations. Mr. Kendall has extensive experience with vehicular injury cases, slip/​trip and fall cases, product liability cases, and medical malpractice cases. He represents clients in divorce, child custody and support matters. Mr. Kendall defends people accused of a variety of crimes.

Mr. Kendall has been a Court-​appointed arbitrator for the Second Judicial District Court and the Ninth Judicial District Court for nearly twenty years. In that time, he has been appointed to and has arbitrated hundreds of cases.

Mr. Kendall has been a regular panel member for many years with the annual Arbitration Training Program sponsored by the State Bar of Nevada. He is a member of the Nevada Justice Association, formerly known as the Nevada Trial Lawyer’s Association.

Business Owner

William R. Kendall obtained a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Wisconsin in 1982, and attended law school at the South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas, graduating Cum Laude in 1985. His first employment after law school was as a law clerk on the Court of Appeals in Corpus Christi, Texas, were he served for two years.

After a brief stint at a law firm in Corpus Christi, Mr. Kendall moved to Reno, Nevada, and became an associate at Laxalt & Nomura, where he litigated a wide variety of personal injury cases for the defense. In 1994, Mr. Kendall opened his solo practice as a plaintiff’s personal injury attorney.
