I’ll admit, I was pretty hesitant to give Kaia a try. I figured it would be like Curves or some sort of Zumba thing– which I’m sure are great for some people, it’s just not my thing. As a former college athlete, I needed a challenge… And boy, did I get it!
Kaia is awesome! It’s a great program for anyone, from couch potatoes to über athletes. Not only are there different types of workouts (strength, cardio, yoga and yep– even a little dancing), but more importantly, there are different levels and modifications that make every exercise, set or move doable for women at any level of fitness. Coaches are motivating and push you to your limits, as do the other women in the class.
I’ve gotten stronger, fitter, and with the help of Kaia, I’ve made lifestyle adjustments to live a healthier life. I’m definitely drinking the Kaia Kool-​aid! It’s free to try– give it a shot and I’m sure you’ll stick with it!

I’ve tried many gyms, crossfit, motivating my own practices at home, and none can hold a candle to what Kaia offers. I didn’t think I would care if a gym was coed or not, but it really makes for a comfortable environment.
My sister and I have been going for several months now and in just the past six weeks alone have lost 22 lbs collectively (I lost 7, she lost 15!) and several inches each (by eating healthfully and NOT dieting). The workouts aren’t easy but I was amazed at how quickly I rose to the challenge and enjoyed it. I have visible muscles now and feel like such a badass. I’m hooked!
The coaches are thorough and will cater to you if you let them know what you need. My form for example needed some correction. They switch up coaches as well as workouts so you’re always doing something different. Modifications are offered, because we’re all on different levels of fitness, and some have injuries they need to be mindful of.
First class is free and from what I’ve seen it’s just as good or better than competitive prices. You’re basically getting a personal trainer and a support system in one.

I’ve been a Kaia member for 2 years. Joining Kaia has been the best decision I’ve made! The community makes you feel welcome and the workouts kick your but! At the beginning, I wasn’t able to do a squat trust, but now I can easily jump up and down and give it my all! I am really happy I found Kaia because they made me realize that working out is fun!

I joined Kaia Fit Midtown last October on my birthday. After a long talk with my doctor, I knew I had to do something lose some weight, lower my blood sugar and get back in shape. Thanks to the motivating coaches and inspiring ladies in class, I not only lost 20# and several pants sizes! I achieved an even more important goal; my blood sugar is down! And I love going to class! I actually miss it when I am on vacation! The workouts are varied; and you really get pushed.

Kaia Fit Midtown has been my saving grace! I absolutely love working out here! You will never get bored with your workout and because of the great friendships you make you will never want to miss a workout! The coaches push you past your comfort zone and make you do things you never thought possible. It is great for all levels of fitness and you will never get bored because of the different types of workouts they do. Worth every penny!

I have been going to Kaia for the past 7 months and I have to say it’s AWESOME! I have never been a regular gym-​goer in the past and this is the first time in my life that I’ve worked out consistently. Kaia makes working out easy (although the actual workouts are definitely NOT easy) by planning all the work outs for you. All you have to do is show up. I’m able to do things now that I never thought I’d be able to do (like a head stand and running a 5k). I also really like the sense of community you get with Kaia. You get to know people in your class and build friendships. One of the biggest perks is that Kaia is a holistic program. You get cross training, yoga, running, and nutrition guidance. There are a lot of exercise programs out there but this one has it all! Don’t wait — just go try out a class! :) Your health is worth it!

I bought a Groupon for the Brik bootcamp. I’m 3 weeks in, and I’ve loved every single minute of it. Well maybe not during the minutes, but after I have. They work you hard, but motivate you to do your best for you. All the coaches are super helpful, friendly, and some of the sweetest ladies I’ve encountered. There is plenty of support to help you make it through your program, and help with food and meal planning. Any question asked gets answered. The coaches cater to any injury you may have and provide alternatives if your body is unable to move in a certain way! I’m definitely addicted and will become a VIP Kaia girl!

I signed up for the KAIA brik boot camp in September and completed the 6 weeks. I was pushed to the max! It was an awesome experience. The girls are so nice, and I never felt out of place or uncomfortable. I just signed up for the next round. I am feeling stronger by the day. I can’t say enough about what a great experience I am having.

I bought a voucher for the 5-​week core session through Living Social. Best decision I’ve made in a while! The coaches are great. They really push you to work your hardest without pushing you beyond your physical limits. Today is only day 3 out of 20 but I absolutely love it! I highly recommend this to anyone that is looking for some motivation to get active, stay healthy, and/​or lose some weight. If you’re not a morning person (like me), it might help to get a friend to do it with you and carpool so that you have no excuses to not show up. It’s really worth showing up to every class even if you’re hurting. My muscles were extremely sore after the first day (I’m not completely out of shape, I run 4 miles 3 – 4 times a week) and I was praying that we would be taking it easy on day 2, but no chance! I was hurting after day 2 but today (day 3), I feel so much better. Not to say that my muscles aren’t still extremely sore but it gets easier and you really start to feel better overall.
Currently, the only sessions they have are 5AM or 6AM. I was talking to one of the coaches and if there is enough interest for other class times, they will be opening more sessions. The 6-​week session are Monday-​Friday and the 5-​week sessions are Monday-​Thursday.
I will definitely be enrolling in more sessions in the future!
