I really hate to post bad reviews, but the experience that I had with Dr. Peri today was awful. I arrived 20 minutes early per their request for a 9:00 am appointment. They did not call me back until 9:40. I was taken to a room to do xrays where they asked the receptionist to do the xrays and she was noticibly upset and agitated after attempting to get xrays for ten minutes, her and the doctor bickered back and forth a bit and I was moved to another room with another technician. The Dr. spoke to me for maybe five minutes and seemed very angry and agitated when I explained the tooth that they were working on was filled in his office before by another Dr., he then explained that Dr. wad no longer there and he did not have access to the records. I was then asked to sit in the lobby to speak with the receptionist, when she went over everything with me she rattled off some numbers until I requested a written estimate, which seemed to upset her. Based on this experience I asked if it would be possible to transfer the records to another office, she replied that would be fine but there would be a $ 20 records transfer fee. I feel bad because the staff seems nice and I had a really good experience here with Dr. Ang before. I really hope that this is not a reflection of how their office operates everyday.
