Might as well give them your money and call a cab.
They lie on every aspect of the transaction, will change all the agreed upon numbers when they think they have you on the hook. It’s a complete bait n switch dealer, Sales manager Mike is a weasel who will change everything and then cowardly hide from his pissed of customers leaving his office staff & under reps to manage with.

They advertise cars they don’t even have. Stopped by to look at a particular car and was told it was «on the way». After a week it was still «on the way». I went in looking for a German convertible and they tried to sell me a Ford Mustang on the second visit. Finally after a week, the car disappeared from their inventory.
Don’t waste your time.

DONT SHOP HERE! I purchased a vehicle and the engine misfired, transmission had to be rebuilt and then it misfired again! All this happen before my first payment was due!!! Stay away from this dealership!

We had a great experience working with Brian Kelfoz! No pressure, and he went above and beyond. Would definitely recommend to others!

All I have to say is they sold me a salvaged car and failed to tell me. Please don’t put yourself in a situation like mine, I found out six months after.

Awful Used Car lot and Salemen. Agreed on a price and conditions to fix the truck we we’re looking at… they over charged us on a few items… never called back on any of multiple problems and then basically called me a liar for things we had in writing. Stay away… no run as fast as you can to any other dealer. Check out the Better Business Bureau rating…“F+”. That says it all… my fault for doing business with them. Buyer be aware!

I had to goto the service center because my battery was dead and Carlos took care of me I would recommend anyone to this place for a vehicle or to have your vehicle serviced

Horrible people. Lies posted on every car window. The only reason we signed the deal was the clunker we traded and we had low credit scores. They talk to you like you are stupid and broke. We had the same promise of the 2^nd key that we never got as well.
Highly recommended for anyone with money to burn.

Took my Subaru there and was told I would need to pay them 4,000 more just to cover my loan. They thought I was poor or stupid. I simply just wanted a new American car. So they tried to price gouge me and treated as if I were an idiot. My Subaru was in near mint condition 2012 with 21,000 miles. I just never drove it preferring the GMC I purchased later on. If you looking for a realistic price for your car and your car is quality then DO NOT use this establishment. Go to car max. Car max is in reno! So a basic run down is INTERNET offered me 14,000. CAR MAX offered me 18,500. Also internet is super shady. The guy I talked to was straight out of a movie of a used car salesman. Gold rings and secretive back room talks before I was approached with an offer. If you have a crappy beater you have to sell then sure use this place. If you have a good car and want a decent offer avoid this place at all costs.

Got the run around during the deal but you get that at every dealership not to good at communicating but everything went well so far ! Ask for Bernie if you go very friendly !

The first guy i talked to, Clint, sucked. He was very rude and wanted to push me out the door from the beginning being i was already frustrated. I ended up talking to another guy named Danny and he was awesome! He got me the car that i really wanted and i couldn’t be more happy. Everyone my dad and i delt with through the process was amazing and they did a great job getting me a really good deal.

So far so good Willy the car sales guy was very nice and helped us on everything that we needed like I said so far so good I didn’t really get the car I wanted but I got a car and it takes me from point A to point B Ms. PUGA

Even with a grain of salt for it being a used car lot it is still poor. I tried a couple times to go there and left disgusted by their rip-​off techniques. One time I went to buy a car (I usually buy and sell about three cars a year) and the lot was packed and a challenge to maneuver in, much less park my car. The first shark approached me and I found a car I thought would suit my needs. I drove it and then brought in to sit down to find out the price. I’m glad I was sitting when I heard the price they wanted to gouge me for. I knew a range that it should be and the price was so far out that it was insulting. I asked if he was joking then walked out laughing.
A year later I heard their promotion to buy cars for a good price within 30 minutes. I was deciding on a price to sell my car for so, I took a car there and the salesperson was nice but, not very car savvy. After taking the information he went in and let me stand outside. About 20 minutes later he came back with the price, which was low for even a trade-​in. I asked where they arrived at that number and he said we check the blue book. When I challenged that I was told to come talk with the manager. Once we were to the manager he shoed me to go outside. It seemed the salesperson wrongfully lead me into an area I wasn’t supposed to be, and I was to be put in my place by Mr. Bossman. He informed me that he is aware of the price the car should be going for based on my researched phone app, I think he believed he was calling me out that I know how to use the tools on my phone, he said that he’d have to expect to spend $ 2k to get it ready for sale, then the people that come in would talk him down 20% from the going price and he would only make a pittance. It was hard to believe that knowing they start by asking so much over the going price for a car. And if they spent $ 2k reconditioning a car that is a detailers dream. I left the lot posted my car for sale on Craig’s list based on the private party value and it was sold within a week for well over Mr. Bossmans offer. They clearly prey on desperate people that don’t have many choices or knowledge. This is not a place to get a good deal on a car, I don’t care how many ads they run on the TV or radio.

My husband and I decided to go look at cars, and as soon as we got to the lot we were welcome right away by TIM TICKNOR. He has to be the most patient and helpful sales man I have ever met (and I have be in sales & customer service for a long time in the past). Tim answered every question I had no matter how crazy it was. He listened to exactly what type of car I wanted and things I did not want in the car. I was super picky, but he stayed patient and let me test drive about 4 different cars until I absolutly fell in love with one. We ended up trading our car in and getting a Kia Soul (yes, the hamster car. WHY NOT? LOL).
Not only was Tim so helpful but the staff at Internet Auto Rent and Sales were so helpful and nice, made sure we were comfortable, asked if we needed anything etc. Tim’s manager also helped us get situated with our car insurance. Mike in Finance also, explain everything in detail so my husband and I fully understood everything. They definitely worked with us on every aspect of our decision buying including our finances. The best part is they made sure our car was detailed and had a full tank, didn’t even have to ask!
The car I picked was absolutly beautiful, I love it, Very good experience, and will definetly be sending people their way. NICE CARS, AWESOME SALES PEOPLE, & GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

This place sucks. They may have selections of cars and trucks there but there service sucks. We went in to buy a truck for a surprise, the salesmen Edgar or something like that was a good guy but when we went in to do the final deal and we talked to 3 different people and they were all assholes. Including that lady with blonde hair that thought she was somebody special because they had a Audi R8 way over priced when the dealership down the street has a nearly new R8 for 110,000. Internet of coarse was being crazy with it. But that’s not the point. The service sucked couldn’t buy a ford from them so we went down the street to Jones west ford and bought a brand new f-​150 for the same used one.

Bought a GMC Sierra here. The truck was beautiful and looked very good.
I was promised a $ 500 gas card from the dealership that I never received. I was told the out the door price of the truck was $ 27 000 but when I got home and looked at my contract the total price came out to $ 36 000 (I could have bought a new truck for that much). Finally, I parked the truck at my house a few days later (hadn’t even registered it yet). I let the truck sit for about 2 days while I was off, came out to start it and the battery was completely dead. I have tried calling them about this and have no received a call back yet. The sales guy was nice, but I feel like I was totally ripped off, I would not reccomend this dealership at all!

I wish we had read these posts sooner! On 1÷6÷15 we went in to purchase a truck and we went through and signed all of the appropriate paperwork. We were told we were preapproved for our loan and we left the lot with the vehicle. The next day we get a call from the salesman saying he needs more info in the form of bank statements, etc to get us a lower financing rate. We sent it immediately and again today he calls and wants more. I called the financing institution and was told they had not received any paperwork from the car dealer yet! My husband and I just bought a car from Ben Chance. He went above and beyond the call of duty for us. We weren’t sure if we could find financing. The team of people who helped him and us was incredible. We tried several other dealerships, and weren’t satisfied with the customer service. Ben was honest and gave us tips to help repair our credit. Internet Auto has earned not only us as customers, but I will tell anyone I know to come here first. First time car buyer alert. Admittedly, I went in not knowing anything, and I’m kicking my butt for not taking someone more knowledgeable.
Right off the bat we were spotted. We parked in the parking lot beside Internet Auto. But, that didn’t stop them from honing in on us. We barely stepped onto their lot before being questioned. Fortunately, I already knew what I wanted and had them point me in that direction. This was the painless part. After being shown a couple other cars «just to make sure I wanted that car», I was taken on a brief test drive, and then inside for the «fun» part.
Here came the waiting and the bartering. The going back and forth. This was pretty painless as well. I got, what I thought, was a decent payment and interest rate and then I was sent on my way. However, they didn’t even bother to fill the tank, which from what I’m told is the «norm» for other dealerships. Not Internet! The only other questionable thing was that they didn’t know if there was a spare key and I was supposed to call in a week to check. Excuse me? You don’t know if there’s a spare and you want the customer to call and check? Lets talk some needed organization and customer service skills, please.
The following day I was called by the finance guy, where I was asked to come back in. Guess what? Up goes my payment and interest rate because, «I’m a first time car buyer». I left understandably pissed, but with no other option, (I was in desperate need of a car) with «Free Oil Change» hand written on the back of a business card. Not to mention I got an earful between the finance guy and another guy in the office about some, what I imagine was supposed to be, private information regarding another employee. Something about how she did some «questionable» stuff, was likely going to be fired, and that if you’re going to do something like that, you shouldn’t leave a trail. Thanks for the advice, sleazy finance man.
Fast forward to a month, when I’m supposed to be registering my car. I have no Dealer Report of Sale, no smog report, nothing. Call up the day before I HAVE to get this thing registered and I’m told that it was supposed to have been mailed to me, but I can come pick it up if I’d like.
So, needless to say, I’m a little appalled with their customer service. I guess car sales can be shady, so that’s something I was hoping to avoid, but expected. But, here I am with an obnoxious car payment and interest rate, no spare key, and just horrified with the idea that I’ll ever have to buy a car again.
Thank you, Internet Auto, for successfully teaching me what to AVOID when buying a new car.
(As a side note, I’m in love with my new car.)

So we’ve all heard their ad on the ‘cash for keys’ pitch on the radio. That’s what brought me in. I had a car I was looking to cash out on and wasn’t having much luck online. The car booked for ~$ 13k (very good, private party) with retail at a smidge under ~$ 15k.
I was appalled when their offer was $ 5k! A third of retail? I know people gotta eat but WOW! The car had just been serviced and detailed, needed nothing… even had brand new tires. Not a chance at any negotiation on it either.
I also found it very unprofessional when I got dumped on another salesman (you could tell he was the new guy) because the first one obviously didn’t want to help me, guessing it was due to me selling, not buying.
We’ve all heard horror stories about ‘stealerships’…uh I mean dealerships. This one is not making any effort to come up in the world.
Needless to say, they didn’t get my business.
