This dealership delivers! I found my perfect car via the Internet at the Infiniti of Reno. My first contact was with David Bell, and he is an absolute pleasure to work with. I drove 5 hours from Ashland, OR to Reno, NV one-​way to get my perfect car. They picked me up at the car rental drop-​off, David met me with a big smile, wonderful car in perfect condition and quickly walked me thru the paper work. The dealership owner, Michael Cho, greeted me and thanked me later with a personal email. BUT BEST OF ALL, I love my car, I love the price I paid for my car, and they made my car purchase experience pleasurable.

Above and beyond, painless service dept. friendly and professional, dave in sales kept me in great conversation and mike and Jonny handled my car woes over starbucks coffee, yay!!!

Just finished an effortless purchase of a QX 70, having traded in our Q 50.
Both the sales manager and the salesman worked with us to find the vehicle we wanted, with the equipment we specified. The process took a few weeks, but delivered the vehicle we wanted.
The trade-​in process was equally painless.
We are comfortable and knowledgeable with cars, so expected an informed dialog with the dealership — and that is what we got.
The general manager participated in the close negotiations in a very professional and courteous way. No complaints.

NO STARS! I had to give 1 to post. Funny thing is — this dealership acts extremely professional but, yet they are very dishonest. I do not recommend buying from them. They lie worse than the independent lots. We test drove, said we were interested, went home to do the math & get a call 2 hours later to say «we sold the car». What? Why wouldn’t you communicate to a customer that someone had already test drove it & was interested & made an offer? They told us after the fact. They made us think we had plenty of time. They sold the car right from underneath us. No thanks!

While enjoying a coffee and wifi, my husbands QX56 got an oil change, multipoint point check and car wash! When I mentioned my car needed an oil change and detail, They said «when». Today my car is cleaner then the day I bought it from Toyota and the oils changed too. I’m a very happy camper!

I found myself in the stressful position of needing a new/​used car last week. After doing some internet research on different brands available in Reno, my husband and I decided to check out Infiniti of Reno. We were greeted right away, and the salesman David gave us the run-​down of all of the cars they had in stock. I basically had no clue what I wanted. We looked at used, we looked at new, we looked at buying, we looked at leasing. For each of my whims, David and Andrew (the finance manager) patiently gave all the pros and cons for each car, and ran numbers for every option I thought I wanted. I test drove two cars, peeked into several others, and was offered test drives in still more of their cars. After a couple hours, I needed to leave to process everything I heard.
My husband and I talked some more and decided to lease a new Infiniti instead of buying a used one. We went back to the dealership and started the paperwork. The nice thing about the final part of the process is that there were NO surprises. Sometimes you get to that point and all of the numbers you’ve talked about suddenly change. The payment was exactly what we had discussed that morning — no random additions. Plus, they bought my trade-​in for the Blue Book value which covered the down payment. We had a really nice time chatting with Andrew while filling out the paperwork. He gave us his whole history and how he came to work at Infiniti of Reno. It’s one of the smaller dealerships in town, and it seems that everyone there really loves working in a smaller family-​like environment. The general manager came around to thank us for our business, David showed me how to operate all of the bells and whistles in the car, and Andrew gave us a tour of the adjacent Acura dealership which has a manicurist two days a week and a small movie theater!
I have been loving my new car! I received thank you notes and emails from various people at the dealership, and they sent someone out to install Home Link in my car to open my garage door. All in all it has been a great experience. If you need a new or new-​to-​you car — check out Infiniti!

This is such a great car dealership. I just moved to Reno and needed my car serviced over an issue. Since the issue wasn’t what I thought it was they didn’t charge me for the diagnostic as a first time customer which was classy since they had the right to do so. I ended leasing a Q50 with them and feel I got a fair trade in offer and lease price. Great sales and service department.

I purchased a car from this dealer today and it is the first time I have enjoyed a dealer experience.
Every single person I came into contact with came up to me smiled introduced themselves and asked my name. I was always made to feel welcome and not hunted.
Michael, the owner, happened to be in the dealership and came up, introduced himself and thanked me for coming in.
My salesman was a gentleman named Bryan, he was open and honest throughout the entire transaction. I was treated fairly and not pressured.
I also dealt with Mr. Jin Lee for final details and finance. Smooth going all the way.
At the end of the transaction we all shook hands and were SMILING.
I was guided through all the paperwork and registration details in a professional and helpful way.

Infiniti of Reno was hands down by far the best car buying experience I have ever had! The staff were helpful, patient and knowledgeable as well as courteous! Although I was buying a used vehicle they treated me as if I was buying the most expensive car on the lot.
