Review is about the corporate (that should have tipped me off right away) customer service. I need a quote on an iPad 2 screen replacement. I received two bot messages thanking me for my inquiry and assuring me I would receive a call soon, but that if I wanted more information, please call an 877 number, which I did. The 877 (corporate customer service, I suppose) said I would have to call the local tech. Fine, but what is the point of giving me the 877 number? Anyway, I just called Houston We Have a Problem (local business, I should have started there). They are drop-​off with a 1 – 2 hour turn around. I will go there. Shop Local. I sometimes forget that. ..

I went with Kelsey from I cracked because his price was pretty good and he seemed very responsive to my texts. I needed my screen fixed on my iPad and he said that he can have it done and back to me by the next day. The next day Kelsey text me back and says that he does not have my screen in stock and also that he broke the internal antenna on my iPad… He said that he has to order a new screen just for me and that when the new screen comes in he will have my iPad ready to be delivered. But when I first spoke to him he said he had lots of screens in stock that he needs to get rid of?!! Okay, weird. I was irritated at this because this was my business iPad and I schedule appointments on it every day. By now two weeks have gone by and I haven’t heard anything from him, and I kept texting him. Very long story short six weeks went by and I never got my iPad back. I had to contact I cracked and tell them what happened and they sent me out a new one, But that was only after I had talked to four or five other guys from I cracked before I found someone who actually responded to my emails!!! Kelsey is horrible with customer service and I would never recommend him to anyone.
