Houston we have a problem – iPhone Repair

Houston does an amazing job! Super affordable for the work he does! Always looks to please the customer. If your phone is broken or you just want a make over GO TO HIM! I wouldn’t go with anyone else!

Houston fixed me ipad and my Samsung for a great price when everyone else in town was charging me a crazy amount for parts and labor. Highly recommended. Really nice and great price.

So I was one of Houston’s first repairs. The yellow iPod that you’ve seen in his pictures, that was what he fixed and customized for me.
I broke my iPod screen and he was a friend of a friend, so I said why not. I was fine with just replacing it with a black screen like I always had, but he asked what my favorite color was, and said he could replace it with color. I was super excited! No one had a colored iPod, not until the 5^th gen came out at least!
I highly recommend him, he is fast, efficient, has a 90 day warranty that covers his parts (I actually had to use his warranty, the first screen he replaced glitched and froze on me. I thought he would charge me extra, but he was super friendly and was able to replace it again within a few days) Houston is very professional, and will meet you pretty much where ever you ask. My go to man!

My power button stopped working on my Iphone 4s. I thought it was my lucky day when I saw Houston we have a problem at a booth at the local rib fest. They were fairly priced and convenient so I decided to give them a go without researching their company first. My mistake there.
I had them work on my phone while I whent to the Atm. 30mins later it was fixed… Sort of. I walked away and tried to call someone and the mouth piece was not working. I was too far from the booth so I used my husbands phone to call and asked them why it wasn’t working.
The Kid that answered the phone answered by saying «hey» at first I thought I had the wrong number So I had to ask if they where the repair place. He said yes like I was the stupid one for not knowing «Hey» meant thank you for calling «insert business here» how can I help you.
Anyway I told them my mouthpiece was not working and it was working just fine before I took it to them for repairs. They told me they could fix that but I would have to pay the full repair fee. I was shocked! I asked if they would at least do a return customer discount He said No.
So I found another local repair guy, not sure I can post who in this review but his name was Joel. He was cheaper and fixed my phone in front of me. When he opened up my phone he noticed a few small screws where missing. I was so angry I paid Houston to repair my phone and they didn’t even put it back together right. This was the only time I had ever had anyone work on my phone so unless the factory forgot parts I think Houston was sloppy with their work.
I gave two stars because the power button is fixed and the service was fast. However They were rude, unprofessional and didn’t put my phone back together right.
I would NOT recommend them for any repairs.

Houston we have a problem was able to quickly repair my iPhone 5s with the cheapest price I was able to get in town. I recommend him to all friends and family.
