I have always had a passion for detailing cars what started as a dream to own my own detailing business has grown and lasted nearley 12 years. My puppy had a huge accident on all of my seats in my car. High desert came out and really pulled through for me. It looked like a brand new car! I would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future! Thank you for saving my car seats! It looks amazing again!

Nick and his helper, Chris, came out to south Carson City to clean up my 2012 Airstream. They did a fine job and were prompt, polite, cautious, and diligent. They cleaned the interior including steam cleaning the seats and carpets, and cleaned up the shower and bathroom.
They cleaned the outside and in the low sun of fall all the minute imperfections showed through. They never balked at my suggestions and stayed on task for hours. Excellent work.
I’ll use them again.

I tried high desert on this visit to Sparks, Nv.
I asked for a full rig wash on my fifth wheel, but that i would not be there to pay up when completed as I was leaving rig on site, but would be out of town.
So I agreed to the price, gave credit card number and I said they could do the job anytime over a 10 day period.
Upon my return, a quick look showed they had been there, but upon closer look showed some areas that were clearly missed or overlooked.
Calling the phone number put me in touch with owner. I asked if he could come take a look to see if I was too picky, or if they had not done their best work. Initial call was on Friday afternoon when I had returned. He said he would swing by but call him in the morning. I did– twice, with no answer, so I sent him several photos of my concerns and a brief text. We eventually talked on phone and he said he would get over and take care of my issues. I mentioned I would be leaving town Monday. Saturday came and went and Sunday also with nary a message or call.
The follow up touch ups would probably have taken 15 minutes. I’ll do it myself, but am disappointed in the customer care.
The wash should have been done right. Guess I should have been there before I paid! Next visit, different company.

I called High Desert Mobile Detailing to wash and wax my 30 foot trailer. The front of the trailer looked horrible and the trailer was only a year old. Nick did an amazing job on the outside of the trailer and the inside. We had stains on the carpet and he made it look new. I intend to have him detail my trailer every year.

I used these guys for my RV. They are not very experienced with detailing high end motorhomes and needed a lot of oversight and coaching. They do a good job, but they don’t understand how to operate properly in an RV park (like not encroaching on the next door neighbor’s space), and they didn’t have the equipment to get up on my roof, I had to let them borrow my ladder.
I also had to ask them to go back over the areas where their orbital polisher left marks. Attention to detail was just above average, not excellent.
The price was about what I expected for the size of my rig and services rendered, compared to mobile detailers around the country. A little higher than average, but in a larger city than average as well.

I have to start by mentioning I have been trying to reach the companies I normally use. I have made several calls with no return calls. So I decided to call High Desert Detailing. They answered! And actually came out to my place of employment that day! The job was amazing. My car looks beautiful! I will toss the other numbers and continue to use High Desert!

5 star job! I love high desert auto mobile detailing =) every time I travel up to reno I need my lexus cleaned since the drive from Vegas gets my car filthy! Nick and his guys always do an excellent job making sure they get every knick and crack clean. They also do headlight restoration/​cleaning which is amazing! They also gave me a discount when I first started going to them since I found them on Unilocal =)

I was a bit skeptical about using a company to detail my car, but I gave it a shot and I found these guys. They were prompt, courteous and answered all my questions. I was very pleased with the end results, a missed opportunity with the car I noticed, but overall very pleased.
My car is black and has a lot of swirls, which they were able to reduce, not completely remove all from my car. It looked really clean in the end you couldn’t see any swirls unless you looked for them. They were also able to get rid of some very stubborn plasti dip hash marks on the passenger side. I would be definately using these guys again to get my car detailed.

Had my Rv detailed after Burning Man. Joe and his team did a excellent job. I would use them in heartbeat again. Nick calls to make sure you are completely happy. He did my boat last fall. Both never looked so good! Highly recommend for a quality job well done.

It’s been just over a month since my car was detailed. Unfortunately, I must reduce my star rating from 4 to 2 since I can’t do a 2.5. As I’ve had a chance to use the car more (we purchased it used from a private party and had to have work done on it), I’ve now had more of a chance to really go through it. While the stains were taken out of the carpeting and upholstery, for the most part, I’m a bit dissatisfied with some of the things I’m finding. The visor mirrors and off-​side of the visors themselves weren’t touched and are covered in filth and hair, I also ended up having to clean my own side mirrors because there was just this small area that had been cleaned. We were told that it was just weathering on the mirror and that he couldn’t get it off… well, we cleaned them up just fine. :(It appears now, that the only things to get cleaned were the easily visible areas, and the areas where we might look before letting him go. While I appreciate that they were able to fit me in, I can say that if it’s going to affect the work done, don’t simply fit someone in. I would have been fine with having someone come out the next day if it meant I would get better service.

Found here on Unilocal.Had them detail my wife’s 10-​year old Sequoia for her birthday. Good job. My call to them was fairly last minute as far as advance planning goes, but he took on the job. I had to meet him at another client’s home as there wouldn’t be time to fit me in otherwise. No problem. Dropped off the vehicle and went to a casino to hang out. Good job and they threw in headlight fog cleaning and an extra coat of wax for the body. Inside looks great, too, and better than a previous detail company was able to do. Price is reasonable for the work done.
SWMBO is happy.

I was asked by an elderly neighbor to help her sell her Toyota. It had been stored in her garage for over a year and was badly in need of a complete detail. I made an appointment with High Desert and Nick and one of his assistants showed up the next day on time. They both worked hard without a break for 3−½ hours. The detail was outstanding and the price was more than fair. I highly recommend High Desert Mobile Detailing. I won’t hesitate to use them again.

The owner, Nick, promised me a refund on a deposit that I paid for a Burning Man RV detailing, and has yet to issue it to me. He said over the phone that he would issue me a check, but has failed to do so. I have now submitted a billing dispute via my credit card company, as Nick seems unwilling to further cooperate.
Please stay far away from this company. The owner operates in a very dishonest manner. If you don’t believe me, check out all of the fake filtered reviews on this Unilocal page. Your money will be better spent supporting someone else who is honest and respectful.

Had Nick and team detail our boat. He did such a GREAT job — made it look better than it has in years. We were able to get $ 2500 more than we thought we would for our $ 500 investment. We were so pleased, we had him come back to do our disgusting Excursion (pictures to follow) and it was like… more beautiful than when we bought it used a few years ago. We beat that truck up and lived in it without a deep cleaning for a good 4 years and it looks like it could go on a car lot tomorrow. We’re very thankful, and we are going to use Nick’s team for another vehicle before we sell it at the end of this summer. You won’t be disappointed!

We wanted to sell our car, so we called High Desert because of the high ratings. He sent out his team to detail our CR-​V that had lots of scratches. I wanted to hug the two guys because the car looked brand new on the inside and out. Well worth the expense. Now i wish i had done this before while I was still driving it! Thank you Nick!

I got a good deal on a used car, but it was a mess with lots of drink spills and food stains on the leather and carpet, so I called High Desert to try to clean it up. I honestly had no idea that it could be cleaned as well as they did it. The Leather is now three or four shades lighter with no stains. The carpet looks like a new, except for a couple of spots, which still look 10x better. Every little nook and cranny is cleaned up. I couldn’t be more impressed and for a price that I thought was very reasonable.

They are reasonably priced — cars start at about 150.00, trucks start at something more like 175.00. Price seems to vary depending on the size and condition of the vehicle, which makes sense. They definitely do very high-​quality work. They come to your house and get to work very quickly. They care about the job they do; this is very apparent. We were happy with our truck and RV and would recommend them to anyone.

I have nothing but good things to say: They arrived at my house at a time convenient to my schedule. They removed hard water spots that were practically covering the right side of my car in about half the time I was quoted at other locations. My car looked beautiful when finished. They walked me around the vehicle and made sure their work met my expectations, very professional. Then they even gave me a few microfiber towels before they left so I could dry my car more effectively after future washes. Totally satisfied with this detail service.

Jacob really came through. I was in town to purchase a vehicle and drive it back to the midwest. I had one working speaker, and no CD player. He put together a package on the quick, had it rush shipped and flipped in two days. For a custom order, this is impressive for even an old 12v head. He pushes a sound deadening package that I was skeptical about, but it’s serious.
If you’re looking for a tight sound package, spend the money and time at this shop and you’ll get a sound you’ll never get close to at your local big box. –RCE, Michigan
