Dr. Fernando Cruz resided in Southern California and recently relocated with his family to Reno, Nevada in an effort to separate from the busy urban lifestyle and in hopes to further connect with nature. He is bilingual (fluent in Spanish) and has been known to be a very caring veterinarian, passionate about the well-​being of his patients (small animals). Dr. Cruz is dedicated to providing great client service and most importantly excellent patient care. Dr. Cruz understands the financial constraints of our current economy and strives to maintain quality health care for his patients. Additionally, he strongly believes pets experience pain just as we do and is always thinks of their comfort first.

Dr. Fernando Cruz is originally from Leon, Guanajuato Mexico. There he received his veterinary degree from La Universad de La Salle, Bajio. Since then Dr. Cruz validated his credentials through the North Board of Veterinary Examiners (NVBME) in 2013. He resided in Southern California and recently relocated with his family to Reno, Nevada in an effort to separate from the busy urban lifestyle and in hopes to further connect with nature. Dr. Cruz received his veterinary license from the Nevada Veterinary Board in 2014 and began practicing in Reno, Nevada.
