Awesome tint job but even more so the custom wheels i found and ordered and had installed by custom concepts. A very high end style wheel/​rim that i found through custom concepts and hadn’t found anywhere else. My car with their tint job and new wheels looks amazing.

Worse place ever to window tinting your car i wouldn’t recommend it, they left bubbles and i talked to them to see if they could re-​do it and they didnt like it when i ask them to. Deplorable customer service the owner was talking shit about other places and he knows his own place sucks too.

to deal with. They do real spotty work, I had bubbles all throughout the tint after two weeks.
The owner Rod is rude and doesn’t stand behind his work!
I wouldn’t recommend having your windows done here, there are better shops in town that will treat you right and not just take your money and blow you off afterwards if you have an issue.

Took my Corvette in for a tint job, and I was so excited to finally have it done. Went in on my birthday as a birthday present to myself. The job was done in a couple hours and upon receiving it back and giving it a close inspection, saw that some of my belt molding along the bottom of my windows were cut, as well as a razor blade scratch in the black border of my rear window. They weren’t huge issues and honestly I couldn’t put up a huge fuss about it.
The tint had bubbles and imperfections on the rear window from the very beginning, to which they promised would dissipate as the tint cured for a week. I waited two weeks and the tint still had bubbles and contamination. By this time, the tint was beginning to pinch and bind where the hinges for my rear window attach. I took it back again and they said they could fix it but I need another appointment to redo it. But this entire time, the tech kept insisting that «OH THIS IS THE BEST TINT YOULL GET ON A CORVETTE, TAKE IT ANYWHERE AND THEYLL AGREE THAT THIS IS A QUALITY JOB BLAH BLAH BLAH. Practically jerking themselves off. Whatever, no big deal. The quality was disappointing and I understand that tint jobs will never be perfect. Didn’t care enough about it (at that point) to bother them. Fast forward to a month later and the tint on the drivers window gets caught on the door panel and peels off as I rolled the window down. This time, I truly needed it redone.
I make an appointment to drop it off and have them fix it and redo the driver window and the rear hatch, which had got even worse by this time. They agreed to fix it, we shook hands, and I went on my way to let them work on it. I wait the full day as I know the rear window is not the easiest shape in the world and I wanted them to take their time. I drop the car off at 9 and pick it up an hour before they closed at 5, only to find they didn’t touch the rear window whatsoever, saying it was MY fault the tint on the rear window is pinched and that I would have to PAY THEM to redo it. Not even considering the other dust and imperfections, again insisting that there’s nothing else wrong with it. I left pissed, felt like I was doubletalked the entire time, and spun my wheels out of their parking lot.
CCR, I’m sure you’ll be glad to know you’ll never have to touch my vehicle again, because you had several chances to make it right. I don’t want you damaging my vehicle any further. Just going to swallow my $ 200 and chock it up as a life lesson.

I got my windows done about 2 weeks ago. The owner is really nice and takes the time to explain the different tints, and didn’t try to sell me on the highest end tint that he said I didn’t really need. He even offered me a ride back to work. My car looks great!
The only thing, I notice 2 tiny scratches on the drivers window when I drove the car back to work, but I figured it is something I can live with.

So I’ve just recently read the comment regarding my review of Custom Concept and just want to point out and make something clear. I am not here to start an argument but simply wanting to justify inaccuracies the business owner Rod stated from his comments below.
First, I did not called back about a month later; It was approximately two weeks after getting the tint strip done. The reason I called back was not to ask for compensation regarding the broker shifter but rather it was the tint strip itself. I was informed to call back if the numerous bubbles did not disappear on their own which they didn’t. I rescheduled an appointment to get it redone which Custom Concept honored and it turned out great the second time around. After scheduling an appointment, I did mentioned to the women who works there about my shifter and she just assured me that it couldn’t have happen since the equipment they use is simply a squeegee. I agree but I was thinking maybe someone hit it with their ring or something heavy and not noticed it but I did not pursue it any further and left it at that.
Second, sure every customer need to sign a release before leaving but it is also good practice and customer service for technicians to walk and inspect the car with their clients. When I picked up the car, the man handed me the papers to sign and out the door I went. On the way out, I ran into the technician who worked on my car I assumed (can’t remember his name) but he quickly mentioned the bubbles should disappear in about 2 weeks. I shook his hands and left. This took about 10 seconds. Should I inspect every nook and cranny of my car for a simple tint strip? No which is why I just realized it when driving home sitting at a stop light.
Finally, I did not spoke to the owner (Rod), directly and no questions were asked about why I waited so long to contact them. I did not admit to it possibly being damaged somewhere else as mentioned in Rod’s comments as I am 100% positive that it happened there. Rod also stated that I booked another appointment for more tinting, and if he is referring to redoing the tint strip then he is correct; however, I have since returned to the business.
Custom Concept is great at what they do, and they do honor the warranty which is fantastic. What I do not appreciate is the inaccurate justification on their part from the comment that I see below. I am not asking for any compensation but simply admitting that there is a possibility that it could have happened there. A simple incident just blew this out of proportion but I still stand by my review. Quality of work and reliability is great but for breaking my shifter, I rate it 2 stars hence the low review. If not for this incident, Custom Concept is a great tint shop and I would have returned; however, I’m sure I can find another tint shop in the future around the vicinity.

I went in wanting a super legit audio install. I left 7 hours later than the est completion time with a horrible install and still had to return the following day, only for the worst car audio experiace ever. I didnt want corners cut, i wanted everything to be done to its fullest potential. I even double and triple checked with the owner verbally to ensure that a proper install would be done. The guy is a complete bullshitter, told me everything i wanted to hear. Not sure if its because im young or if they really just suck thay horribly. The owner nor the audio install guy do not know a THING about high end car audio. Had to use the computer multiple times to see how to wire a sub. REALLY BRO??? 15 years of experience my ass… I would still be upset even if i left there without paying a dollar. My car is my pride and joy, missing random screws and push pins does not make my very happy. Nor does the fact that my subwoofer goes out after a few minutes of barely even playing on LOW volume. I cant express enough how upset i am about their audio work… Had a bad since the beginning too, should’ve went with my gut. The owner blew my tweeter right in front of me… smdh.

Not to mention the owner is a complete dick and is very rude to his employees and the customers. Ultimately, i woul’ve appreciated the owner to be straight up with me and said «no we do not do quality audio work» and would have pointed me in the right direction.

Custom Concepts is fantastic! After calling around to a few places to shop around for a tint job, I knew this was the place to go. The staff is extremely polite and knowledgeable and there was no up-​selling on their product. So happy with the job done, my Passat looks amazing! Drove straight from the dealership to custom concepts for a tint job on my frontier. Came out proper and done within 45 mins. Thanks, guys!!!

This is the second vehicle these guys have tinted for us. The prices are completely reasonable and they have been able to set us up with appointments right away. They do good work in a short amount of time and back it with a lifetime warranty.

It is May 14,2013…the tint has been on both the Camry and Escalade for around 10 months
NO issues to report… NO bubbles, streaks etc

This is the second time that I have had a car stereo installed by them. Both times the job was done properly and quickly at a reasonable price, The installer was very friendly and helpful. He even synchronized my Cell phone with the Bluetooth feature. Given how complicated this stereo is, that, alone, saved me an hour of fiddling. Got in to them quickly, too.

Stay away, they sell refurbished navigation units as new, WILL NOT MAKE IT RIGHT, did horrible alarm install, only one door works and nothing else. This business will not be around much longer, losing all employees to other places since they see how the owner treats customers. I will be suing him and already made a police report for fraud. HORRIBLE STAY AWAY, go to Reno Auto Sound or other LEGIT PLACE. Also Custom Concepts is NOT AUTHORIZED FOR KENWOOD and even Kenwood told me to stay away from them. An ex employee told me he gets stuff on ebay to install in cars, EWWWWWWW

The BEST place to go for window tinting… period.
These guys know what they are doing, and back it with a life-​time warranty. Just make sure you go early, and expect a little bit of a wait.

Thank You Custom Concepts… the customer service was as good as it gets! Mike and Nathan were amazingly easy to work with and made getting my car in at the last minute a breeze. They kept me posted throughout the process and had my windows finished within reasonable time. I would recommend Custom Concepts to everyone who wants top notch customer service and a job well done!

This is THE place to go for clear bra and tint jobs! Incredibly friendly and accommodating. Very reasonably priced and dedicated to making the customer happy. If you’re not satisfied, they’ll make it right, quickly. Would recommend to everyone. My friends will be doing their tint here! High quality 3M clear bra and tint film. No cheapo crap here, and still a great deal! Rod, Agie (sp?), Nathan, and Mike all friendly and know what they’re doing.

I called to see if there were any openings at 3pm. They had one cancellation and was able to do my tint immediately. Service was top notch. Rod was very friendly and took care of me promptly. This is what a local shop and local service should be like. My 2010 Outback looks phenomenal. I highly recommend this shop to get your tint on! Called some 99.00 tint shops and it is always an upsell. I would rather have a shop that is honest and charges a reasonable rate for the superb work they do. Thanks again. I will definitely be back for more.
