History

Established in 2013.

After spending time working for other Reno area «carpet cleaning» companies; It was clear to me that these firms are not really interested in providing exceptional service and using the correct and proven IICRC methods and procedures necessary to properly clean the residential and business carpets we live on and use. Code 3 Carpet Cleaning Reno, LLC was born!

After retiring from a 35 year career, it was time to make a change. I tried to learn the proper techniques of cleaning carpets from local carpet cleaning companies as an employee; Big surprise! the larger companies don’t have certified technicians! They just sort of guess it out and use whatever seems to maybe work to clean customers carpets and rugs. Frustrated with these insufficient employee’s skills I resigned, then attended IICRC training to learn the proper and accepted methods to clean carpets and rugs and decided to start Code 3 Carpet Cleaning.
