CAD Pest Control Services

I may change my rating later. But this is for now. I called last week to set up an inspection. I got a call back fairly quickly to schedule (which is confusing, why can’t you schedule me while I’m on the phone when I call the first time?) and they left a voicemail with a tentative appointment. I called back after hours the same day, left a message saying that the time they provided would work. That was Friday. Monday (yesterday), I recieved no call back confirming. The reason I chose this company is the ability to pay with Paypal. I made the payment for the inspection already through Paypal (in hindsight, possibly unwise.) and in the message section for the payment I asked for a confirmation call regarding the payment. Payment processed, and no call. Today I called again, and again I was told I would recieve a call back for scheduling (apparently no record of my appt or first call, since the receptionist needed ALL of my information again). This time no call back. Tomorrow at 830 was the appt time left on voicemail for me, and the time I confirmed with a message to them. I guess I’ll see if they show up tomo morning…

Love working with a local, family run business! These guys are the best! I sell real estate and always tell my clients how happy other clients have been with CAD. They also recently sprayed my house for spiders. We’ve been seeing a lot of black widows so they came and saved the day. The tech had some great advice for some other pests he saw evidence of… shall we say, mouse poo in the garage? Gross! Thank you CAD for getting rid of all of the nasty things at my house!

CAD is amazing! Their techs are very knowledgeable and everyone is very helpful and friendly. I will never use any other company for pest control!

We could not be happier with the service. Our home was a spider habitat! We also had a bee problem. Charlie came and sprayed all around the property and out building as well as under the house. While under the house he noted and informed us of a small leak under a bathroom toilet. Happy to report spiders gone. Bee colony gone and leak being addressed. Thank you Cad and thank you Charlie!

My first experience with CAD Pest Control was very positive. Jason was fantastic and prompt to our scheduled time. He thoroughly explained what treatments would be done, what to expect, what other services were offered to take care of other infestation issues I had. Price was very reasonable for services provided. I would use CAD Pest Control again.

I’ve used this company for years and think they’re the best! They work around my schedule, don’t come when the weather is bad, and I have never had to call them back. Mike is polite, knowledgable and does a great job. He was here this morning at 7 am

Absolutely LOVE working with CAD! Not only do they arrive for our appointments ON TIME (big importance!) but they are always courteous and knowledgeable about my climate and what’s going on in the bug world! Love that they called me to do another spray (which I had requested last fall). HIGHLY recommend!

We’ve used this company several times with great results. They’ve been on time, professional, completed they job in a timely manner with good results. Will continue to use them.

GREAT COMPANY… Had a horrible ant problem. Had CAD come out and spray. Had to have them come out twice to get rid of them… Did such a great job… Technician explained to me about ants and how to make my treatment more effective. Haven’t had ants in over two years.

NO NO NO Don’t do it. They spray everything outside. Damaged my car. They didn’t even care.
