My friend Mia invited me to join her at the 10:30am class. I’ve never done Pilates before and it was a great workout. I can’t wait to discover where I’ll be sore tomorrow.

Ashley Moore is an AMAZING teacher I love her! She really gives personal attention to every client and keeps you motivated to achieve the results you want. I can honestly say I actually enjoy working out now! She has a variety of classes which I love because I can always switch up my workouts. My favorite classes are the Cardio Tramp Pilates it’s so much fun! You get to jump on a trampoline and it really works your abs and legs/​booty. & I also love the Booty Chisel Pilates helps lift up the booty… we all want that Beyonce & JLo booty! TRX really works out your entire body and you leave feeling awesome! All her classes give you an awesome workout. & for those sore days the Chisel Classic Pilates is always relaxing and fun and works your muscles and you feel yourself toning up!

I have a very busy schedule, so I need to get a lot out of my workout time. Traditional pilates reformer workouts looked too slow paced, so I never tried it until I heard about Body Chisel. Ashley is an AMAZING instructor! She has created a really unique, high energy reformer workout that combines the reformer with aerobic intervals to keep my heart rate up. I was sweating and the time flew by! The studio is also very clean with state of the art equipment. If you’re looking for a different and more challenging work out, you should check this place out!

I’ve only tried Pilates one time and wanted to do it again, trying to find something different for workouts. I’ve been going to BodyChisel and it is amazing! Love how Ashely the instructor incorporates cardio and Pilates together. The studio and equipment is clean and Ashley’s inviting personality to help me achieve my goals of fitness is inspiring. She cares about me and knows what she’s doing to help me get the most out of my workouts with the right form.
