I had a gallon of ceramic clay slip explode in my car. There was a puddle under the seats and across the headliner. Matt took care of it and made my car look like it was fresh from a dealership. Due to the nature of ceramic slip, I didn’t expect it to be like new once completed but he did an awesome job. If you need someone to detail out a huge mess, these guys are great.

Took in my 2015 subi and had some dog hair n a ton of crumbs all over. They made it shine like it was new. Thanks for everything guys!

Well I would like to start off by saying that I like these guys and I had an overall good experience. This is my first time ever having a car detailed. With that said I have no other experience to draw from so I am just going to give an honest review.
Although Matt did give me a slight discount, the quality of the work was a little lacking. Looking at the website and seeing the picture of the guys holding their orbital buffers left me to believe that I was going to get a conventional wax job with my detail. Instead a spray on wax was used. I was a little disappointed. Also when I looked over the interior when my car was done, I noticed missed areas that didn’t receive the full attention I was expecting. Overall the car looked nice, just not at the level I expected from a professional detailing shop. Maybe it was an off day for Bluebird. I also would have appreciated a hard copy invoice that reflects my visit there.
Not sure I will go back. I think I need to try someone else to help me put it into perspective. If someone were to ask if I would recommend Bluebird Elite, based on my experience, I might not. I do want to finish by saying I think these guys are doing the best they can and that maybe my expectations were just a little too high.

They did a great job on my old 25 year old van. Got the interior cleaned and they didn’t miss a spot. Very nice people and great service.

After a trip to the desert north of Pyramid Lake my wife’s Sexy Subie was looking pretty trashed.
Although this shop is small and not fancy the service is very professional and within a couple hours the car looks like new.
Also they were glad to drop me off and pick me up from my hotel which let me take a well deserved nap.
As the owner of a large Subaru dealership in California I know a good detail shop and this place is top notch. Thanks!

I dropped it off dirty and dusty from a season of hunting and covered with hard water spots from my sprinkler. I got an honest quote and they delivered above my expectations. When dropping my truck off It was explained that the crew at Bluebird are about quality above quantity which shows in the final product. I’m glad I decided to go with Bluebird to detail my vehicle. I’ll be taking my other cars there as well.

I used this detailing service to do the exterior and engine compartment of my 2006 gold Jeep Liberty just before Christmas. They are terrific. They dropped us off at GSR hotel and Casino and went to work on the Jeep. In about two hours they transformed my Jeep. The exterior looked brand new in everyway. The paint was brought back to a beautiful luster. All the black plastic was treated and shiny. The windows sparkled. The tires and wheels were wonderfully finished. The engine and compartment were free from grease and grime. It looked brand new. The price was very, very fair and the quality of work was outstanding.
I took the Jeep to CARMAX and was immediately made a very good offer to sell the vehicle. I am convinced that the money spent on the detail at Bluebird yielded me over one thousand dollars more than if I had just washed the Jeep and drove it to CARMAX.
If you need your car or truck cleaned up, do yourself a favor and go see this company.

I returned from a trip to Indiana that had a total of 8 days of travel worth of dirt in it from my family of four. I was able to get an appointment for the next day and it did not disappoint. I only wanted the interior cleaned as it’s winter time and the outside would get dirty this week anyways. Not only did they deliver on the inside, but they did the outside of my Tundra Crewman at no added charge. I know that’s not an everyday thing, but to see a company add extra once in a while without charging shows a human side to them. The place was a little hard to find as they are in transition to the new office, their office is in an alleyway under an old sign that says Aloha Wash, but do not let that discourage you. The pricing for what I received was hands down the best and worth it. They use quality product and were courteous the whole time. I highly recommend this establishment.

Came in today for a hand wash and wax. They were able to get me in with no appointment. My car had been looking a bit in need of some TLC due to rain and driving on a dusty road. The guys working there were very professional and easy to work with.
When I got my car back, it looked really nice. The paint shone and I could see my reflection in it.
The only issue I had was finding the place; it’s tucked into the corner of a row of shops and the signage could be better.
I would recommend Bluebird to anyone looking for a specialty wash for their car. The mix and match services are nice for building them to your budget.

I got my car washed and cleaned today and I was extremely impressed with the service from Bluebird.
Korinne (sorry if I spelled it wrong!) is the woman I scheduled with and she was prompt with returning my calls and answering my questions. When I went to the appointment I was helped on time (!!) and I was allowed to wait in the waiting room or go. I was able to get some work done while I was there because they offered me wifi!
When I got my car back not only was it clean inside and out, but Korinne told me that she was also able to get the paint scrapes off of my car. I had completely forgot about them and had assumed that they were permanent. (Someone nicked my rear end when pulling into a parking space at my last apartment.) I was extremely happy she was able to remove the paint scratches and that she went above and beyond what the service was for.
I enjoyed interacting with everyone at the shop and will be back.
