I will sound like a broken record based on reading a few other reviews. The end story is that Michael was exceptional. He showed up to my house and didn’t sell me anything. He said all I need to do was got to Home Depot and get a thermostat. If and or when I need service in the future I will be calling B&B again without question!

I called B&B based on Unilocal reviews because our furnace was acting up and blowing cold air. When I called Mike he told me his next available appt wasn’t until next week to which I said I was hoping for something sooner just because we have an 8 month old baby in the house. As soon as I said that he informed me he would move some stuff around in his schedule to get out here right away. He was here just 3 hours later! What a great guy! He fixed the problem within 20 minutes and was very professional and nice throughout the visit. I would highly recommend!

Came by last night and met with my brother-​in-​law and trouble shoot our problem. Fixed our thermostat and on his way. No up sale, no extra charges. Just charged us for the time he was there. Great honest service. Definitely recommended.

This guy is a real straight shooter. Very honest didn’t overcharge very reasonable and very knowledgeable. Diagnose my problem charge for a service call and he was on his way. He also shared with me what the problem was and if it occurs again he’ll need to switch out a switch but for now see if it was just wind, vibration or a fluke that caused the switch to trip. Although hopefully I won’t need him wouldn’t hesitate to use him again :-). Thanks Mike!

I would recommend B & B Heating and Air to anyone. After three other appraisals Mike was the only one that came in on time. He was always here when he said he would. He is very friendly and professional. Mike explained everything he was going to do and once he was done also took time to make sure I understood how my new air conditioning worked. Most of all my dogs loved him so you know he is a stand up guy.

Mike does excellent work! He is completely honest and trustworthy. Quality work and quality service.
I trusted him to work on my Mom’s house repairing several issues and again on my Aunt’s house installing central AC on an older house she purchased and everything went just as planned and expected. Both Mom and Aunt K. had nothing but great things to say.

Wow! I was incredibly impressed with B&B! My pilot light went out in the middle of the night (29 degrees outside) and as hard as I tried I could not re-​light it. I called first thing in the morning and Mike said he would be out at 10am (no extra emergency fees and no making me wait days on end). I told him I would leave work and meet him and he said he would be sure to be there… and he was right on time!
Mike was able to find the issue (in a very old heater) and replace a small $ 30 part in order to get it up and running in less than an hour. His rates were very reasonable and he explained exactly what needed to be done.
I have known for some time that my heater needs to be replaced, but not having the financial means immediately, he found a way to make it last until I can get it replaced. Guess who will be replacing my heater? That’s right… B&B Heating & Air and I know they will do it right! Thanks Mike!

I wanted to install a new high efficiency furnace. I called a very reputable company for a quote and got one. For a second quote, I read the Unilocal reviews and called Mike. He came up and immediately saw the real issues I would have with a «retrofit» of my old and previously altered system. He went right to the critical issues: drainage in a cold environment, 2 zone heating in a system built for one zone, exhaust clearance from overhangs and windows, etc etc. Based on his more thorough evaluation, we put off the new furnace decision until we further evaluated the existing system.
Kudos to Mike for putting quality ahead of getting «the sale.» I will from now on go to him for all my maintenance issues, and I recommend him highly.

Found B&B highly recommended on Unilocal and turns out all the great reviews are spot on. We had our oil furnace converted to gas and Mike and his team were always here when they said they would be, they did a great job and I would hire them again. Their prices are fair and their work is awesome. When our oil tank ran out of fuel and our furnace wasn’t completely finished, Mike brought over electric heaters for us to use at no expense-​just part of the customer service. We highly recommend Mike and B&B Heating.

I would highly recommend Mike and his crew at B & B. They installed an air conditioning system in my home from scratch, there was no previous system in place. From the duct work, to the electrical, to the A/​C unit everything was installed with precision and an acute attention to detail. Experience is important, Mike and his team was able to show their experience through their efficiency and quality of work. Mike made numerous follow-​up calls to ensure that the system was functioning properly and even stopped by to check everything out. This hot and sweaty summer is almost over and I was able to beat the heat and make it through comfortably in my cool home because of B & B’s excellent work.

Came out right when they said they would. Explained everything and got my AC working. I would definitely recommend.

Service was great. We had a wall furnace installed and they were very professional. We got 4 quotes and they weren’t the cheapest but i felt they were the most professional. Will definitely call them again when we need too.

Very professional! Called for an appointment earlier today and they were able to accommodate me on the same day. They explained everything that could have been going on and to call in case our heater wasn’t working again. Mike and Justin are very friendly and a great team. They have excellent work ethics and they got the job done in less time than I thought it would take! Highly recommended!

Had problems with my furnace on a Friday afternoon. They showed up a few hours later and fixed a small wiring problem. I didn’t get charged for their time and would highly recommend them to anyone who has a problem with their furnace!

Got their card from a friend and called them when my heater was having problems. Mike answered and said he could be out in an hour, and in only about 45 minutes later he was there and working on the problem. It turned out to be a problem with the thermostat which he had fixed in just a few minutes.
Great service, great price, and just a good guy. Their card is on my fridge. I am a customer for life.
