Best experience ever! I travel globally as a corporate pilot and Jason Scott listened very carefully to my needs. He tailored the perfect plan for all my iPhones and iPads, and at the very best price. It could not have been any better.

I had a great experience here. Upon walking in the store I was greeted by Marshall. He asked me how he could help me, to which I responded«Yeah, I’d really appreciate it if you could spend a few hours with me showing me how to use my go-phone flip phone». He said«Sure, lets take a seat over here» and then I quickly let him know that I would be an easy customer, I knew exactly what I wanted to get and already knew exactly how to use the phones. He laughed and did wonder why someone would need a few HOURS to figure out how to use a flip phone. Despite thinking I’d be in and out of there quick, I was there for almost an hour but it was because… I wanted to be? As were setting the new phones(HTC One M8s) up on the account Marshall is explaining some of the software features I wasn’t aware of to me. Next thing you know we’re sharing dog pictures and talking about our kids. He made sure I left with both my own and my wife’s phone all set up and ready to go and honestly made the whole experience quite pleasurable. Despite it not being the closest AT&T store to me I’ll go back here just for the customer service experience.

i wanted to lower ny $ 40 dsl only bill so i called them. she talked me into signing up for phone(which i told her i dont need) and internet PROMISING me that there would be no interruption in service. i have had no internet service for 20 hours thanks to ATT so they can change over this service. LIVID doesnt express how i feel after being on the phone with them for approx 6 hours — most on hold. i must be in haiti or worst. att — get with the 21 st century and take care of your customers in an honest way

For most of us, going to deal with the cell phone company rates only slightly better than a root canal. AT&T, and specifically THISSTORE, completely changed how I feel about the experience. I can’t say enough good things about the staff here. It is obvious very good good customer service is ABSOLUTELY a priority here. We dealt with 2 people… Karen and Marshall and they were both marvelous. Marshall is the man. He went waaaaay above and beyond to take care of me and my fiancé in securing new service and phones. He did way more than he had to to make sure we were happy and properly set up. He was patient and engaging and genuinely wanted to help us, not just sell us phones or service. The store itself was pleasant to be in… whoever is in charge has done a fantastic job of setting a very inviting tone in the store. All the associates are nice and helpful and pleasant. We are so pleased with our new service and we can’t say enough good things about Marshall. Go to this AT&T store and they will take very good care of you!

I’m a handful. Let’s just get that out of the way right off the bat. I’m not the usual customer and I rarely if ever ask an easy question. Which is why I love this store! I just went in to do a pretty complex reshuffling of numbers after Samsung gave me a new Galaxy Note II in my Oscars goodie bag(I was so excited and I love it!!!). It took almost an hour, because one of my phones has a data plan opt out even though it’s a smart phone and you can’t do that anymore. But they worked it out, like they always do. People always ask me why I stick with AT&T, and today Amy and Anthony and Karen(yes it took 3 people to manage the switcheroni — I told you I wasn’t easy) did what they said they would, they made it happen, they got all the phones switched and up and running. I kinda thought it would take longer but these rock stars triple teamed it and did an excellent job at making and keeping me one happy long time customer. Thanks guys!

This store keeps failing me everytime I need something: they were super rude on the phone, when I called last time, nobody picked it up, so I had to drive there to ask if they have a charger for my iPhone 5. They said they ran out and they won’t expect another shipment MAYBE till next week. Incompetent! Oh and the phone number on Unilocal is wrong

We have been to many phone stores and I would say that this store never fails to give a 100% percent positive experience. Annalicia is da bomb, she is always helpful and is willing to work with us on even the most minute details. Not that we have any less than a professional experience with any of the other employees but we always wait for Annalicia. I will also add that in the past 20 years, I have had Sprint, T-Mobile and AT&T and their customer service has never let us down.

Update: I was just here the other day and the store has had a total turnaround(new manager, anyone?) the store was packed, lots of staff, and I had a max five minute wait for my return. I wasn’t treated like garbage because I had a return; in fact, I was treated great. The store didn’t smell like the bar next door(new ventilation system?) either. This is now back on my list as a well– run, convenient option for AT&T service. Nice!

Totally awesome customer service. Greeted the second we walked in the door by Kenny and everything went oh so smoothly. Really helpful and honestly just no bullshit, ended up with a new iPhone and the happy dappy glad we made this decision feeling.

I walked in around 7 pm on a quiet Monday night. I had an older Iphone G3 a friend gave me for free, and my ancient AT&T work phone that was so old and crappy that the sales staff looked at it like it was a dinosaur. Annalicia was the woman who helped me switch over all my info and services to make the magic happen. It took a good while to do it, but I was fine with the 15 – 20 minute wait to get everything done. She was very helpful and informative and even set up my work /personal emails for me on the Iphone. While I was there, I made some minor changes to our business account and this is when we discovered AT&T had been charging one of our cell phone lines with an international data roaming plan @ $ 60 /month that was supposed to be shut off several months ago. I’m going to sic my bookkeeper on them for that. Other than the billing error, I was happy with how smooth the transaction went overall.
