This is the worst experience I have ever had at a doctor’s office. I received multiple phone calls asking me to confirm the appointment. When I called back and spoke with a staff member, she apparently did not note the fact that I confirmed on their schedule, because I received yet another phone call asking me to confirm and informing me that I would be charged a no-​show fee of $ 105 if I do not show up or cancel with less than 24 hours notice.
After all that, I received a call less than 3 hours before my scheduled appointment telling me that the doctor needs to reschedule because «something came up.” The girl in the office then told me that they have not received my paperwork (greater than 20 pages) and I need to make sure the paperwork is in several days before the appointment. I explained that the link they sent me did not work and there was no way to upload the document with the information they gave me. She told me I needed to fax the 20+ pages AND show up to my appointment 15 minutes early to fill out more paperwork. Since I do not have a scanner, I drove the paperwork over to the office and rescheduled the appointment for a week later.
I showed up to the rescheduled appointment 20 minutes early. I paid my co-​pay and waited for almost 50 minutes. During this time, the front office staff repeatedly discussed no-​show fees, complaining patients and financial policies loudly and within full hearing of everyone in the waiting room. 25 minutes after my appointment was supposed to begin, I was still waiting. No one told me the doctor was running late or explained anything whatsoever. Finally, I approached the front desk and said that I was unwilling to wait any longer, as the doctor was 30 minutes late by this point for a 60-​minute appointment. They were extremely rude and unhelpful, although I did receive my refund without issues. I was told that I would not be charged the cancellation fee. To make matters worse, the doctor was sitting at her desk on the computer while all this was going on and did not say or do anything about it or apologize for anything whatsoever. At the very least, she could have come out, introduced herself, told me she is running late and asked if I was able to wait or would rather reschedule the appointment.
This entire office is extremely difficult to deal with and unprofessional. I would recommend you stay far, far away.
