I got a huge piece of plastic wrap/​bag stuck on my car, driving on the 580. I pulled most of it off, but some was tangled in the undercarriage of the car. The closest mechanic was Arrow Automotive. They kindly took my car in and got it sorted out with a minimal wait. The super friendly guys were able to remove the plastic, all for no charge. Thank you so much!

Arrow Automotive is a «World Class» business. Attention to detail is paramount, which you can tell by a clean restroom a pristine waiting area with TV, a vending machine and great coffee (much better coffee than what I make at home).
Robert and Steve at the front desk are very courteous and do a great job of representing Arrow. I am a fanatic about maintaining my vehicle and had them rebuild my 06 GMC 4l60e transmission at 232,000 miles. (At that time Arrow said the Transmission was OK but there was a noisy bendix gear on the Starter. (VERY HONEST). I decided to have it rebuilt anyway because it had 232k original miles. After the rebuild, the transmission worked great, (better and much more precise shifting than when it was new).
I bought an extended warranty because the cost in relation to the total rebuild price was very reasonable.
It developed a slightly hard shift from 1^st to 2^nd (at 282,000 miles NOT ARROWS FAULT). Arrow fixed it quickly, (replaced the 1^st to 2^nd gear accumulator spring). No charge, they had the part in stock, and had my truck ready in 4 hours!!! I can favorably compare Arrow to a local competitor that did a rebuild on my Dads truck transmission. His transmission failed 37,000 after the rebuild and this competitor did very little to help or even work with my dad after the fact. In addition his transmission went another 7,000 miles and failed again. He had to sell the Truck as a result.
I wish my Dad had taken his vehicle to Arrow and will in the future. The kind gestures of Arrow will guarantee future repeat and referral business from me. Do not waste your time going to the competitor (s). Go to Arrow. What a great knowledge base and customer service culture!!! EXPECTATIONS EXCEEDED!

Had to have my college-​student daughter’s car serviced– and Arrow, in particular Robert was great. Excellent service and they really made the effort to help her quickly because she needed the car asap so she could drive back to the SF Bay area for work. She lives in Reno, so I know she will use their services again– the customer service was great.

Great customer service. Fair, honest and always decent prices. I had one incident where we ended up troubleshooting a problem and I paid to have something fixed that didn’t fix the problem. They were fair with me after learning of what the actual problem was (something that should have been caught in visual inspection) and gave me a credit of 50% of the price I paid. I had agreed to the service so I felt that this was very fair. I work on my own vehicles when I can, and I trust Arrow to work on them when I can’t.

This place rocks! I had my transmission serviced a year ago and also had the 4×4 service done about a month ago on my jeep. The other day while getting my oil changed at a different location they informed me that my transmission pan was leaking and the output seal on the transfer case was leaking. I brought it in to Arrow to have them look at it. Not only did they fix the issues under there warranty but there was no hassle and they finished the same day. Thank you!

I have been bringing my vehicles to Arrow Automotive for the past year for various repairs but just recently had to replace my transmission in my dodge. Scott and Steve were very upfront with me and continued to communicate with me throughout the work process. Finding the best pricing and giving me accurate time estimate of when I would have my vehicle back. It took a little over a week for the job to be completed and I was very pleased with the results! The vehicle is now running better then it had when I first purchased it a year ago; used of course. A week after the rebuilt transmission the shifter lever cable broke while I was driving around town. I called Arrow Transmission and they had it towed back to their shop. A part was ordered and I received my vehicle back in about 4 days. They were kind enough to cover the tow and the repair costs, which made me very happy. The customer service and work at Arrow Transmission is the best I have ever experienced at a mechanic shop. I will continue to bring my vehicles here and would highly recommend them for your major car care needs.

This is an excellent automotive shop that demonstrates great customer service and quality work. They did a brake job on my vehicle, and also a routine oil change. I definitely recommend this place, they have proven to be very trustworthy.

Took my Infiniti in to get a 4×4 fluid service (Front & Rear diff, Trans Flush, & transfer case). Not only did they have great prices, but they went above and beyond by checking out a brake issue I was having. They did a complete brake inspection, added break fluid, and reset my warning lights at no cost. Will definitely be back.

I would add more stars if I could. A great garage with great people. Steve went above and beyond to figure out the issue with my 2012 Ford Focus. They fixed it quickly and put my mind at ease. Monte was amazing in calming my fears after replacing the Traction Control Module. I will be back.

I have never had the kind of service from an auto mechanic than I did with Arrow this past week. I needed a lot of work done and they were able to do it all in one business day. They were honest and upfront about what they were doing and the price (which was far less than other estimates I had received from other places). Moreover, I was given constant updates on the progress of the work on the car. Scott couldn’t have been nicer or more reassuring. I am never going anywhere else for car maintenance. Would recommend to anyone.

I took in my 96 Nissan Pathfinder to have the air conditioning repaired. They were so nice, helpful, honest and efficient! The waiting room was really comfortable, and now I’m comfortable everyday in my fixed air conditioning. They refilled the freon alternative and found no other leaks. They also put in a dye so they could easily find any future leaks. It was reasonably priced and great service. (They also didn’t «fix» any fake leaks like sometimes happens to me at other repair shops.). Thank you!

This business really wants to make you happy and get it done right. I’ve taken my tired 94 Dakota here many times for power steering to radiator to ac. Always top notch service and quality repairs. Had to return after getting ac compressor replaced but still no good cold air. They thought a valve in the line was bad. Returned a third time and they replaced nearly all ac components for FREE. I dont know these guys, just a regular guy and they went above and beyond to take care of a returning customer. Cant say enough good things about Arrow Automotive

Excellent place, 5 star service center! This place is awesome, they do excellent work, treat their customers well and provide professional repair /​maintenance center. I would recommend them to the fullest, they are ethical, fair and do great work.

Amazingly Arrow Automotive stands by their work. They know me by first name when ever i go for oil change or minor work on my car. Fresh coffee is always on. Zac is exceptionally delightful to work with. He checks up on me prior to the work being completed. Had a slight issue with the payment arrangements, but Zac was professional and considerate of the situation. I would definatly recommend Arrow Automotive to friends.

This shop is FIRST CLASS! Seriously, they fit our older Nissan in with no appointment AND repaired it the same day, even though it was a busy Friday. They made a quick and painless diagnosis for an oil leak, as well as debunked a separate service item that another shop had said we needed.

I needed to replace the alternator for my car and was referred to Arrow Automotive by a friend. Since Arrow’s business hours are the same as my company’s and I couldn’t leave my office early, I ended up scheduling the appointment through email. I was helped by an employee named Dustin, who provided fast and detailed email responses. Dustin had arranged for me to drop off my car after work so I can pick it up the next day, and all this was done with zero face-​to-​face interaction. Dustin is an outstanding employee who provided excellent customer service. Oh, and did I mention that it only cost $ 287? The dealership quoted me $ 750.

Absolutely love the customer service you get from Arrow. I’ve taken my car here over the last 3 years and each time it’s been for something besides an oil change. I have had my computer replaced, my fuel regulator replaced, and a a few other things. They drop my car off for me at work since I don’t have a ride to pick it up, and they do so with a smile on their face. DUSTIN– you are the man! Best freaking customer service I’ve ever encountered.
The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because I had to return to have things fixed that were not fixed the first go around. It’s not completely their fault since I got tired of bringing the car back in for diagnosing, but picking the car up a few times just to have the check engine light pop back AFTER paying over $ 400 kind of sucked. It’s hard not to link that frustration with my review, but again, it wasn’t technically anything they did wrong.

The fact that they took my car to get it smogged for me saved me a trip, and Dustin was more than reasonable about the pricing on my repairs the 2^nd time around. I will definitely be back whenever we have an issue with the vehicle.

I’ve taken my truck to Arrow Automotive several times for some pretty major repairs (e.g. I had my radiator and transmission blow up at the SAME TIME) and each time I’ve been amazed at how friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable everyone who works here is. I didn’t think it was possible to have a pleasant experience at a mechanic shop, but this place is fantastic and I recommend them to everyone who will listen. Nobody likes dealing with car troubles, but when they arise, take your ride to Arrow. You won’t be disappointed.

When the check engine light came on in our Suburban, we needed to find someone to diagnose it. After asking around to some of our friends and family we were highly recommended to Arrow Automotive. After hearing so many good things about the company we had high expectations when we brought our car into the shop.
The people in the office were very courteous and the shop was very clean and neat and the appearance was great. It made us feel good about leaving our car there because we knew it would be taken care of. We were so happy with them that when our transmission went out on our shop truck, that we went back to them again to have the transmission repaired.
They have competitive prices and a good warranty. We were very happy with both jobs and they seemed to be very conscious to get it right.
Now we will continue to use their services on all of our vehicles because they were so honest and we like them better than other repair shops we’ve been to. We appreciate being kept in the loop about the work being done.

I am very pleased with the service I got at Arrow. I recommend them to everyone I know.
Was referred to Arrow by Levrett Transmissions and another shop — can’t remember the name. The guys at Levrett said they couldn’t repair the car, but said Arrow might be able to do so. When I asked who else could, if Arrow couldn’t, and they also said that every other transmission shop was dishonest.
I called on a Thursday afternoon, and gave them the codes that my car (2006 Honda Civic) was calling out. He checked them, and agreed that they could do the repair on the 3^rd gear solonoid, and without needing to open the transmission.
They took my car that night, and I told them that I was in no rush to get it back, as I had already rented a car. On Friday, they gave an estimate, and said the parts would be in Monday or Tuesday. The estimate was extremely reasonable — I was expecting two grand, and it was ¹⁄₁₀^th of that.
On Monday, the shop called and said the part would be in on Tuesday, and they would get it in and fix it at that time. He also said that another wire going to the transmission had been chewed on by a rodent, and he said they would fix that while they were in doing the work.
On Tuesday, they called and said the car was ready, and the invoice was a few dollars less than the original quote. The mechanic said that 70% of the time, this sort of problem can be repaired, and the car will have no more problems with the transmission, but 30% of the time, it is the beginning of the end of the tranny.
I’ve driven the car for 1000miles, with no problems.
I was overwhelmed with the honesty and value of my visit to Arrow. I was hoping to get my car back a bit sooner, but I think they did everything they could. They were very professional in keeping me informed.
Side note, the key drop service for after hours was very convenient.
