Triple E Heating and Air

Monday morning the weekend after SnowMageddon I woke up to a house that was 50 degrees. I thought man of all times this old furnace died. I googled close HVAC companies and found Triple EEE was literally 5 mins up the street. I had no experience but with some online reading and the urgency of the situation I had to act. Called and Mike picked up at 8/8:30am and said he could come to our home 1^st if he could get to us. Fortunately the street and drive way had been cleared Sunday. Our Furnace is 49 years old so I was worried. The unit was unsafe to repair and Mike said I am sorry but its not repairable and if I could get it working its unsafe to my family. We got an estimate to replace and I thought we should get 3 estimates before we act. Problem was we had no heat and I didn’t really want to go thru the hassle. Mike was honest and direct in my opinion. We took an hour and decided to call Mike and say lets go, because they could be back Tuesday to install a new Furnace & A/​C. Tuesday was a long day but we had 2 great installers Anthony & Damon who installed our new system. Heat back on Tuesday night and the price seemed very fair in comparison to neighbors and friends experiences. I would highly recommend Mike, Anthony, Damon & Gordon at Triple E. Yep one of the guys shared my name. We are back to normal but better off with a new system that is safe and much more efficient.

Are you kidding me? I would not even rate these guys with one star! This business is a complete rip off: the owner is completely rude and very, very dishonest. All he cares about is stealing your money. He wants to charge you an arm and a leg for everything and pretend to give you fake «discounts.» Steer clear of this rip off place, otherwise your wallet will regret it later. The work is shoddy and you get fake warranties. You have been warned!

I’ve used EEE twice this year for service on my HVAC system and they’ve been fantastic. They return calls promptly, schedule service at convenient times, and show up when they say they’re going to show up.
Devin and Damon came to my home, assessed the problem, and later came back to do the repairs. Both times they were polite, knowledgeable, and quite competent. These 2 young men did great work and I haven’t had a problem since they repaired my furnace. EEE is lucky to have them. I’ve worked in the home building industry for 23 years, so I know what quality service looks like. These guys are true professionals.
I also recommend joining the EEE Club. With that service, not only do I get priority service, but I also get discounts on future work. Well worth it.
I’d recommend EEE to my closest friends and family, which says a lot about this company.

I called Triple EEE this morning after our air conditioner stopped working yesterday. After receiving a 3 hour service window in the afternoon, Mike called just minutes later and said he’d actually be by in only half an hour. Fantastic.
Ultimately, our AC was back up and running less than an hour after I placed the initial call. Seriously. Love Triple EEE and will use them for all future HVAC maintenance.

I highly recommend — Mike came out within 2 days and was very personable. He gave us all the options and pricing and we decided to do a less expensive temporary fix for now since our unit is not quite old enough to replace yet. In and out in an hour, and our house is cooling off again already — great service!

Honest, honest, honest. Knowledgable, friendly, and competitive. If their quote is a little more, it’s worth it. They will do the job right and not rip you off.
Had a problem with our furnace over weekend. Called a «24÷7» company that came out the next day and said we could do a «quick fix» for over $ 2000 or buy a new $ 10,000 system! Decided to call Triple E for a second opinion.
Triple E sent Mike who was extremely knowledgable and answered all my questions. Also walked me through some of the ins and outs of my set up since we moved into the house recently. Went so far as to show me how to maintain my humidifier!
Mike quoted me for a new system (about ¹⁄₃ the price of the first company!) and when I asked about the «the quick fix» he inspected and found that there was NOTHING WRONG other than a faulty wire that had already been replaced by the first company (a one second repair). The other company used some fear tactics to try to get me to commit to costly unnecessary repairs/​replacement, saying not fixing the motor/​wiring was a fire hazard.
Mike felt bad about charging me the very small service charge since he acknowledged I only had to call him due to another company’s dishonest practices!
Would call these guys again in a heart-​beat. Worth every penny for a company as honest and knowledgable as this one.

I was very worried when my air conditioner stopped working but was very relieved after Mike from Triple E came to the rescue. He was on time, courteous and provided me with an explanation of the issue. He provided me with a selection of options that fit our budget. The service plan he suggested was very reasonable and he was not pushy at all as he made suggestions for future maintenance. Thanks Triple E!

I first used Triple E to replace a Large AC unit in a business in Reisterstown. They did a great job of installing everything without interrupting business and blocking the parking lot. I was so pleased with their work I also hired them to replace a broken AC unit at my house in Towson and then they even figured out how to install a radiant heater in another business in Owings Mills. Excellent service and pricing!
