Scientific Insect Control

This company is utterly irresponsible. They fail to communicate properly and dropped the ball on me 2 – 3 times. Their lack of communication and the resulting inconvenience are unacceptable.
They were supposed to bomb my place 3 weeks in a row, once a week. They forgot to come two weeks in a row after the 1^st week. This 3 week process is now 7 weeks.
The first week had no effect. Subsequently, I put in active request noting there was no change in the amount of cockroaches. I had prepared for them on the second week as the original note said– prepare for 3 weeks. But which days are you coming? Please be specific. Is it Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday?
I had the manager of my apartment call them a day in advance to check since they failed to leave me a note that they were coming. Please prepare them anyhow I was told. Scientific Insect control was supposed to call me. No response. Third week comes around, no note. I put in another request for them to come back. They had somehow once again managed to skip my unit despite my active request a 2^nd week in a row.
Once fine, but twice? Come on! Get your act together. I’m doing my end of moving my kitchen stuff out inconveniently into my living room space and you’re not showing up. It’s not like it’s easy to move all my things into 2 rooms and then try to avoid tripping on my belongings. In the meanwhile that you have forgotten about me, I have been forced to buy over the counter products because I am now having to swat and kill 10 – 15 cockroaches a day because of your unreliability. But I’ve double checked with an entomologist what to get and whether I’d be able to combine over the counter products and professional items. Got the thumbs up.
Week 4 comes around– they finally remember to come and leave an inspection note. They bomb it. Less cockroaches by the third day.
Week 5– coming back. Please remove all things into the kitchen. Done. Okay, that’s the third time. Thank you!
Week 6– another standard note. Coming back in 2 days. Please remove the items from your cabinets above and below the sink, and all items in the drawers and cover them in plastic. Done.
Come back after work and get a note: please remove all items in the cabinets and drawers next time. And remove over the counter products? What? You didn’t bomb my place when I moved specifically the items you requested? Next time? There’s going to be a 7^th week of moving my belongings out? You must be kidding me!
This company is unacceptable. Completely inconveniencing and fails to communicate with their customers.
