Charlotte E Modly, MD

It was recommended to me to see Charlotte Modly for dermatology in Reistertown through an online community Facebook website.
When I called to make my appointment the front desk staff was extremely rude to me.
I was a new patient just asking simple questions just so I know what to bring and she was quite rude.
I went to the appointment anyway, since the doctor received rave reviews from others in my town. The appointment was scheduled three months out, so unfortunately the Mark that I had asked the doctor about disappeared before the appointment. But I still was able to get a diagnosis for my issue.
The nurse and the doctor were very professional staff and treated me well.
I was happy to get a diagnosis and the treatment for what I needed.
I was asked to fill out a new patient survey and mail it back in.
I realize that the survey even though I put low ratings for the front office staff and high ratings for the nurse and doctor that probably the front office staff would be the ones collecting them and probably discarding mine says they don’t want to get in trouble.
So I decided to put this review on Unilocal.
In summary, Dr. Modley is good, she knows her stuff. Her front office staff is rude. It takes about 3 to 4 months out before you actually can get into see her
