Just stopped in to pay a bill quickly. Had I known they only had one associate working to take care everything. I assumed they wound have a kiosk or way to drop off a payment quickly but they don’t. I personally don’t have AT&T but my father was and I was helping him out today. When we arrived the associate was helping a customer with a new activation. I know this can be a long process and requires explanation on certain aspects. He was very patient with the customer but there was plenty of time while she was trying to make up her mind when he cold have at least asked the other customer and myself what we needed help with or that he would be with us in what ever time frame he thought he would be finished. Instead we just sat around wasting time. I will definitely never be back to this location. I have to get my father to set his account up online to avoid the need to go to a physical store.

This location has been opened since two months ago, very clean and neat place. I walked-in and asked Sherrod(employee) to assist me to activate my micro sim card into my iphone 6 he took his time like 10 min and happily assist me activate my sim card. They are so friendly and professional, I will stop by again and again when I would need them in future, thanks for the seevice and your help ATT team at this location! Keep up the good job everyday and everytime!
